Denny's — Restaurant in Nacogdoches

Edit why say issue resolved when it's obviously not. Thanks for making me waste my money yet again..... I can't even cut them with a fork. Creme is melting because crepe was cooked to high so went on hot. It's a whole mess can't believe you would serve someone this it's doesn't even look right it's crunchy and gooey at the same time. But when we ask to get it remade we are Karen's like we have nothing to complain about...... Ordered at night and the crepes were hard not right couldn't even cut them with my fork like normal went back in the morning to have them fix it they called my husband a Ken since no only was the order not cooked right they didn't give us half the items we ordered. Morning shift did awesome on the crepes. Decided to get the night cook another try and told my husband to tell them to make it aldente this time and it still wasn't. I'll order from morning crew but night cook really isn't good. I'm never ordering at that time again. Maybe he just doesn't know how to...

Walked in,stood at the entry way waiting to get seated. 2 waitress looked me right in the face and neither acted like i was even there,now mind you the place is almost empty. Was finally told to seat myself,1 waitress came over brought me a menu and brought back my beverage. After being there almost 30 minutes no one even bothered to take my order. I motioned to a waitress in another area,she came over and took my order. Finally the waitress that was working that area came by and still never bothered to see if my order was taken. She went to a table just beside me as if i wasn't there. I asked the waitress if this was that waitress area and she replied yes. Needless to say her sorry behind didn't get a tip. The customer service at this place really sucked. It was my 2nd time visiting around the same time,between 8-9pm. I can't say that i'll be back to eat here,even if it's the only thing open along my route. Just piss poor...

Do not come here to eat the hamburgers.. they tasted old.. the fries were good..but they used some other pickle that wasnt the kosher dill pickle and it killed the sandwich, also my bread fell apart it was dry. And the cheese sticks were under cooked. They felt cold. I also heard another customer complaining about the chicken skillet, it tasted rubbery. And he sent his food back..and also I heard some girls complaint about their food too.. Something needs to be done about this place..the customers are all NOT HAPPY HERE.
