Arrived at Kitty Murtaugh ordered two orders of buffalo chicken tenders did not receive my extra buffalo sauce nor did I receive my extra blue cheese when I arrive to my place a residence I opened it up and it was old and cold. The only thing that was hot with the french fries, I called up to the establishment and A lady by the name of Tanya answer the phone I explained to her that my chicken tender buffalo were not hot, but appear to be old. She did not hang the phone up, and I heard her speaking to one of her coworkers stating that there’s a guy on the phone saying that the buffalo chicken tenders are old, but they’re always good and the person in the background say yeah they’re always good with that being said the phone hung up, I called back to the establishment. She answered the phone and I expressed to her. What’s the difference between old and horrible and then she proceeded to try and talk to me as if I was a child an adult that I am I explain to her there’s a difference how you talk to people, especially when they patronize your place all the time I brought the chicken back up there. Tell me what’s the difference of old and horrible. Well I showed her the buffalo tenders and I showed them to Ryan and he knew that they looked old because they were willing to replace them. However, I did not want replacement because Tonya has such a nasty disposition and attitude, and I feel as though she should have me on hold before she started talking, but she didn’t and she was just being very disrespectful. She was talking to me. I will not patronize that place ever again. They have lost a customer even though they may feel as though one, customer may not be bad, but in all retrospect , losing one customer can lead to losing 1000. You have to treat people way you wanna be treated when you enter an establishment and you’re paying for it!!!...
Read moreWent on a weekend evening in late fall and it was busy but there were definitely still a few open tables. We ordered drinks and they came out quickly, but the food was a different story. Part of the group got there 15 minutes before I did and they ordered appetizers while they waited. When I preferred my drink I also put in an appetizer. After a substantial wait and several apologies from the waiter, the first 2 appetizers came out followed shortly by my appetizer followed shortly by the main dishes. If the 6 main dishes ordered, 2 were incorrect and 1 (steak frittes) were so overcooked they were entirely black and crunchy. By the time we paid it had been nearly 3 hours that we were there in total, most of which was spent between ordering and receiving the food. The food that was correct was pretty good, but service was slow at best and half of the meals were incorrect or cooked to the point it was inedible.

Read moreThis was honestly one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. My daughter had clam chowder that was somehow sour? They did send out another bowl, still it was replaced rather late- we left 10 minutes later, as our kids needed to go to bed.
My wife got a portobello burger- which did not actually contain the portobello mushroom itself. When they "rectified" the issue the mushroom itself was this shriveled up thing, that did not resemble a mushroom.
We placed an order for chicken fingers, we were told the order somehow had not been placed.
Overall the service was bad as well.
I tried speaking with the manager, who was behind the bar. I gave up trying to wait for him. I get at the time he was swamped. The person at the front door said, that the manager would come down. That never occurred.
Longish wait time plus crappy food quality plus poor service equals...
