Hi hey there and hello again Arby's. Last night I had the pleasure of reporting on the Rochester, Centralia, and Chehalis Arby's locations and I think you got a little jealous mr Napavine Arby's...So through Karma or just plain fate my business again throughout last evening led me again to a conveniently located Arby's restaurant here in our local area. You got it, Napavine. I would really and truly like to give a big shout out to Daniel. A manager there at Napavine Arby's for his above and beyond anything written in policy or instructed through Corp. I hope everyone's safe happy and staying healthy. Prayers for all who are away from family and loved ones out there on the highways and byways. God Bless us all and watch over us as we know we're not worthy of. I worked later than I normally did last night. In fact last night was nothing close to normal for myself and others who dash as I do. I don't even think I've met other dashers but my frightening remarks and comments to our local merchants exclaimed that every dasher they had contact with that day experienced the same thing's. Just a little information to give you an idea of what I'm talking about. I was about six miles east of Chehalis heading into town when I received notification to head to an Arby's for a pick-up and delivery. I'm comfortable enough to know where to go so continued in that direction. I just turned off Tower Rd onto Main street and glanced down at my phone for some movement had caught my eye. Rod? Rod Sterling, start the your Twilight Zone opening theme music because this..Is, was about to be, "The Twilight Zone" Thurston County 2021. 😳 by then just blocks from Arby's on Beaumont street, Centralia my GPS seemed to have a mind of it's own. The GPS was now..hmm. Not going the same direction, it's now telling me to make a u- turn and head away from Arby's, in the opposite direction and to enter the Harrison Ave northbound on ramp and merge onto I-5...towards the Rochester Arby's. lol What a fool i felt like. How could I not have noticed it was the Rochester Arby's all along. Larry, I said, how could you be so stupid. Was I that tired? Did I bump something to make it change like that? As any true loyal and dedicated self employed dasher would do I accelerated gradually til about I was traveling 80 or 90 some mph. Gradually like I said, you know. I must have taken all of about 6 or 7 seconds to reach that speed but felt it necessary to make up the time I'd lost due my own stupidity, and honestly my clients and customers expect my loyalty and dedication to there service and dog on it they will certainly receive the very best I can provide. I love listening to my music when between pick ups and deliveries but I'm constantly turning it on and off so as not to interfere with my work or hearing the GPS for updates cancellations or changes I might have to address with an order. By the time I took the Rochester/Tenino off ramp it getting later towards the time most eating and shopping establishments were closing down or preparing to do so and I had a pretty fast paced day and still bewildered with my GPS acting up like it has and then I'm instructed by my GPS to turn here do that blah blah blah lol 🙃 🤔 🤫 😳🥺 I would have sworn as turning onto highway 12 west my GPS said turn left...and right at the same time but listening closer, awwww! My radio wasn't turned completely off. But Larry, man what's wrong with me tonight. I reach up to switch it off and, by golly it actually was turned completely off after all. Seconds later i pull in front of Arby's Rochester, jump out as I'm puting my mask on, go to push through the door and its locked. I see employees working behind the counter, in the kitchen and another just inside the door so figured that door was lock for safety. It's actually a door that splits the Arby's and a convenient store/gas station sharing the space so alright the main door a few yards away to my left i push to enter, locked! The young man who had been mopping came and unlocked the door saying they were closed. Ahh, no room...

Read moreThey were the last restaurant offering the Orange Creamsicle shake that we could find. LOVE LOVE LOVE the Orange Creamsicle shake and it's a bummer they only offer it for a short time each year. Would LOVE to see them make it a permanent part of their menu. Staff was very nice and restaurant was clean and well taken care of. The Roast Beef is always very good. Sometimes I feel like you don't get as much Roast Beef on the sandwiches as you should. The last few times I was a bit disappointed. I got the brisket sandwich and only got 2 small pieces of brisket and I payed alot for the sandwich but it doesn't tell you how many ounces it's supposed to be so didn't know if I got shorted or if that's just the way the sandwich is. But thought for the price, there should have been more meat on the sanwich. The mozzarella sticks are amazing and I really enjoy my meals at Arby's. I know I will be paying alot if I go there but it's usually worth it if you get all the meat...
