Terrible service and food. Stopped to get a 50 cent National Cheeseburger special for my wife at home this evening. I was in lane 2 and 4 cars pulled up and ordered thru lane 1, while I asked several times if, "anybody home?" I'm 70, and had no ire yet. Pulled up to 1st window since no one would answer me, and asked about the special to which the girl said I had to have the app. I politely asked for 3. The cost was $8.07. $2,69 each, or 5 times what it was supposed to cost! Then when we opened the burgers they were TINY THIN BURGERS AND TINY THICK BUNS. THEY MIGHT HAVE BEEN WORTH $.50 BUT CERTAINLY NOT $2.69!!! Now I was really not happy, McDonald's cheating us like that. I determined to let them know through mcdvoice.com. That was a joke as well. Right from the start the 26-character survey code ended with a letter but only the number-pad would show. I got past that but got kicked out after and gave up in favor of reviewing online. For a while, my wife and I really appreciated that McDonald's, at least in the morning as the cash lady was very personable and the food hot. This store is overly expensive, spotty decent service, and now I'm adding bad value with deceptive or at least confusing...
Read moreMy boyfriend and I went to McDonald’s today and we ordered a spicy mccchicken, a plain bacon cheeseburger, and two drinks simple right? Wrong. This Indian guy taking our order takes forever keeps putting it up on the screen and we had to repeat it probably 4 times. We pull up to the window and he takes a long time to check us out also and he tells us that the screen is frozen, finally we get through and I didn’t realize at first we got a spicy mccrispy instead and my burger was charged as a McDouble and also wasn’t plain so we go back through again in the same line so we talk to the Indian guy (he had a gold watch) again and mind you he takes like 10 minutes to do the two cars in front of us but once we get up he says okay just pull to the second window I got you, also he took our receipt when we talked to him that time, and once we got to the second window he had never even told Landon (the worker at the second window) that he messed up our order and he honestly probably just threw the receipt away. But my boyfriend has worked there before and knew Landon and so he helped us and was very kind but I was just shocked that this guy was even working there. Shouldn’t be...
Read moreI'm a truck driver and I stop here somewhat regularly. This place, (in my opinion) is one of the few McDonald's and even businesses in general that I've ALWAYS had a great experience at. The people are great, attentive, seem to genuinely care, don't make mistakes, friendly etc... today is December 2nd, 2024 ,9:20 am and I want to give extra appreciation and gratitude to Jacqueline (in not sure how she spells it so hopefully this is correct), she was absolutely the one thing today that will get me through till the end, without feeling negative about anything, in a job filled with it. This is one of the nicest, smiling, angelic people I've come across in any business. Please notice her and reward her with kind words, on a first name basis, maybe a bonus, whatever but, do NOT let her go each day without giving her the riders she deserves. I've been top boys in several business's and middle mngmnt and regular employee and I can tell you first hand that, you do NOT want to lose her. If she desires to run a store one day, help her because, she would be great at it. Thank you...
