Extremely disappointing experience. We came here to enjoy some tea, but were left waiting outside while others who appeared to be regulars continued placing orders with no regard for the line. When we politely mentioned that we had been waiting, one of the customers snapped at us, claiming they arrived first, despite having already been seated and served. They repeatedly got up to order more while we remained ignored.

What was most upsetting was the staff and store owners did nothing to address the situation. It felt like they only prioritized their usual customers with no interest in welcoming or accommodating new ones. We were prepared to support this business and potentially become regular customers ourselves, but we were made to feel unwelcome and dismissed. Sadly, we won’t be returning and we won’t be recommending this...

We’ve stopped here four times in the last three months, and every visit keeps getting better! The service is warm and welcoming, and the rolled ice cream is not just a treat—it’s a show! Watching them make it fresh is a must-see experience, especially for kids.

Now let’s talk food—this place is a fusion dream! The Japanese braised pork was absolutely delicious—rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced with sweet, tangy, and spicy notes. Then there’s the Taiwanese popcorn chicken—crispy, perfectly seasoned with that touch of basil… pure goodness.

And don’t even get me started on the tea and boba drinks—so many choices and each one more refreshing than the last!

My family and I wanted to munch on rolled ice cream and we found this place downtown Naperville. The store location is exemplary since you can find multiple parking lots close by. The store has a few tables for those who wish to dine in. Our service was efficient and fast.

We ordered 3 different flavors of Rolled Ice cream- Mango, Coffee, and Chocolate, Of which Mango ice cream had the best of flavors, it had great texture and was not overly sweet. Predominantly mango!

However, chocolate was our least favorite, we could barely taste chocolate & the coffee flavor comes second as it had decent coffee flavors, less sweetened but didn't have a creamy texture.
