But as wonderful as the food and ambiance were, what truly set this experience apart was the service—and specifically Michelle, my waitress. Michelle exemplified first-class hospitality. Her attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine warmth made me feel not just like a guest but like a valued friend. She anticipated every need before I even had to ask, ensuring my coffee cup was always full and that every dish arrived perfectly timed and beautifully presented.

Her recommendations were spot on. Michelle described each dish with such enthusiasm that I could tell she genuinely loved what she was serving, which made the experience all the more enjoyable.

What impressed me most about Michelle was her ability to balance professionalism with a personal touch. She was friendly and engaging without being intrusive, always present when needed but never overbearing. Her knowledge of the menu and attention to detail were impeccable, and she managed to make each table she attended feel like her top priority.

Five stars aren’t enough to do justice to this...

The food is amazing at First Watch. But not the service at this particular location. They have POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. It was the morning of 4th of July, 2020, and it is a pandemic right now, so we called before coming and asked if they will be able to sit a company of 6 adults and 5 children. They said yes, they may arrange the tables for 10 or less people. So they offered to sit us at two separate tables. We agreed, since we had some big kids that could sit at the separate table. They settled 2 tables: one for 6 adults, another for 5 children. But we needed another chair at the adults' table for a small kid to be fed by her mother. So it was going to be 7 people at one table and 4 at another. But this is were they started arguing that we can't get additional chair at the adults’ table. A father of the child did not understand, why his wife cannot have a child at our table, when we were promised that we can have up to 10 people at the table. We asked for only 7. A waitress and a manager were very rude, they did not offer a solution, only took the chair from us and said that we cannot move the furniture. So we had to arrange between the two tables ourselves and separate all adults and children, so we do not move the furniture. Not how we expected to have this breakfast. After all we even paid them 20% tip and just wanted a picture all together. I personally did not argue with either the waitress or the manager, so asked the manager with a smile on my face to take a picture of us. He said "I don't want to" straight to my eyes, turned around and walked away. We will never come back to this location and I do not recommend this location to...

My recent visit to First Watch was an absolute delight! From the moment I stepped in, the inviting aroma of freshly brewed coffee set the tone for a fantastic breakfast experience. Opting for the waffle, eggs over easy, and bacon proved to be an excellent choice – the waffle was perfectly crisp, the eggs flawlessly cooked, and the bacon offered a delightful balance of crispiness and savory goodness.

What truly elevated my experience was the addition of outdoor seating, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Nestled under the open sky, I enjoyed my meal with a refreshing breeze and a view that made my breakfast feel like a delightful escape. The attentive and friendly staff enhanced the overall ambiance, making me feel welcomed and attended to throughout my visit.

To complement the deliciousness of my meal, I decided to try the mango and green tea drink, which turned out to be a refreshing and flavorful choice. The blend of mango sweetness with the subtle notes of green tea provided the perfect accompaniment to my breakfast, leaving my taste buds satisfied and invigorated.
