Went into the store today and found a really nice table and chairs. The salesman came over and said hello. We said we would like to purchase this set. As we were talking to the salesman some guy comes by and says I’m 99.9% sure I want that set. He walks on by and out of the store. The salesman says to us “he has been in 3 times looking at the set and he can’t make his mind up”. We said, we want it and are ready to purchase. I say to the salesman. “You snooze, you lose” and he says true. We continue to look around the store and the salesman comes by and says I’m sorry but the previous guy is throwing a fit and now wants the set. Also, store policy is to give it to this guy. Whaaaat? Store policy? Saw several items we would have loved to have but felt at that point - no need to spend our money here. Just moved in town. Hope this store is not a reflection of how we can expect...

DO NOT USE this business. I placed 4 Tommy Bahama dining chairs and the matching Tommy Bahama dining table with them to sell. They sold the table without the chairs - why would they do that? They said we will sell the chairs "no worry". Well, when I went to their store to pick up my chairs, as they told me more than once that no not sold yet, they told me chairs are gone we donated them!!! Almost new dining chairs that retailed for $750.00 each. The manager did not have a problem with this at all and said you left them past 90 days and did not extend past which is a lie, I called often and they assured me they would extend and try to sell. CROOKED business. DON"T leave your goods with them. SHUT THEM DOWN! And this crook will lie and say my review is incorrect. People - just look at all the bad reviews. STAY AWAY - use Posh Plum consignment - 2 locations...

DO NOT CONSIGN YOUR STUFF THERE. Worst experience of my life. My items were to be picked up on 8/28 and you personally told me in an email you would extend it until 8/31. You were very quick to state that "a decorator" must of picked them up. How can a decorator pick up items that did not belong to her or you for that matter. YOU KNEW that I was coming back into town to pick up my things and furthermore you even told me that my items were extended into your computer system for 3 additional months. Lastly you were quick to advise me that your store is not responsible for consignment items. How someone can steal a leather ottoman, picture frames, sculpture is insane and YOUR REPLY TO THIS GOOGLE REVIEW IS A LIE. It is not unreasonable for me to expect to pick up my consigned items.
