7 star pizza & restaurant nashua — Restaurant in Nashua

BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!!!!! BEWARE!!! Go anywhere else, but here!!! Now I fully understand why this place has such an awful rating. I should of went with my instincts and got Soprano's, or even frozen Digiorno's would of been better then this disgrace! I ordered a large cheese pizza TO-GO with extra sauce and they obviously forgot to put the sauce on because I received splattered uncooked sauce on the top of the pizza. I was also overcharged. I made the mistake of giving a tip before I knew what I was in for. I paid $17.00 when they clearly market "$9.99 Large cheese pizza all day every day" and of course, they would not honor it. I called to ask them why my pizza looked like the way it did and, why the overcharge. Disrespectful "Dean" (the lazy, lying "chef")proceeded rudly explain that they specifically do not make their pizza's fresh, they make them in the morning, (which im sure is a lie, and are probably frozen) and that they put the sauce on the top afterwards.. GROSS! GTFOH!!! And the reason he said they over charged me was basically because I didn't ask them not too.. THIS IS BAD BUSINESS! I would not recommend this place unless you enjoy getting scammed and like your pizza tasting like the inside of a dumpster. If the pizza was at least enjoyable I would give them a star. This dump, is only still in business primarily because of the location. These people should not be in business. Please support other local businesses that...

I ordered my food from 7 star for the first time this week. I just moved to this area so I ordered once on Monday and now tonight. Monday, food was missing but they had closed. Grubhub refunded. Tonight I ordered and food was missing again! My son was missing his whole meal. I called the restaurant about it, the woman was rude, says she will call me back. An hour goes by and I called them back. I told her my son was missing his whole meal and I needed to feed my son. She insisted my food was there, but it was NOT. I told her the food I got and told her my sons dinner meal was not there. I stated “I am pregnant and disabled and need to feed my son dinner!” To which she hung up and now won’t answer my call at all! The food may be good but with the rude attitude and the worst customer service I have ever experienced, what I thought would be my new spot for take out, has now turned into somewhere I will absolutely avoid at all costs. I am appalled!!!

Delivery sucks. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY. FOOD WILL SHOW UP EXTREMELY LATE AND COLD. . I gave this place three chances. Each time I was very disappointed. I gave one star because I had to in order to leave a review. Doesn’t even deserve that. I live less then a mile away and each time I’ve had something delivered it’s taken OVER an hour. For instance I buy a grinder and fries, takes 1hr 45 minutes to show up. That should be an hour TOPS. Both times I ordered friends they came half cooked, soggy and cold. I ordered a chaser wrap and jalapeño poppers tonight at roughly 9pm. They took an hour and 50 minutes to be delivered. I called once at 10:08 and I was told it had left 5 minutes ago. Another 25 minutes passed so I called again just to be treated poorly and given an attitude. I’m very hard to irritate but this is unacceptable. Almost two hours when I live less then a mile away for something that takes 20minutes to cook tops. Not to mention any time you get it delivered the...
