I used to frequent this place quite often but as the customer service has declined through hell and the food is mediocre at best I'm happy to let you all know that TJS DELI IS RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER AND THEYRE AMAZING COMPARED TO THIS PLACE. The subs are usually very light in product besides lettuce, so if you want salad on a roll heres your place. Cant say anything bad about the pizza though I don't have anything good to say about it either. A big reason I'll be sure not to recommend this place or go back is the customer service, well, lack there of. If you're going to have such bad customer service at least have food that distracts me from it. The people they hire mostly all have this huge sense of entitlement where it is not due. Any time I've called in an order the employee on the other end is always disgruntled as if I'm ringing their home phone at 3 am on a Monday. I tried to stop in today but there was a sign on the door that stated they would be back at 330. Understandable, didnt even really think twice about it because I've worked in the food industry, luckily not anymore. I didnt approach the door or anything just decided to snap a picture from my car to show my coworker why I wouldn't be right back and to say 'just my luck' on this fine Monday afternoon. Apparently this triggered one of your employees who thought it was necessary to approach the door, unlock it and snarkily ask, "is there a problem?!?!" "Idk is there a problem? I'm just taking a picture of your door for my coworker" "WE'RE SHORT STAFFED AND NEED TO TAKE A BREAK" The fact you had to unlock the door to speak to me should have been your que that you were stepping out of line. I didn't say anything, I wasn't motioning to you, I wasnt even looking at you. You're at your establishment, you're representing the company you work for. When she opened the door I thought she was going to apologize and I wouldve told her I understood and it wasn't a problem at all. I just really hope someone got that girl a kitkat or snickers cause she...
Read moreI have only lived in Nashua for about 3-4 yrs now, and I can tell you that I have tried my share of pizza places. I can say without hesitation without a doubt this is the absolute best food this side of New Hampshire. I mean as, far as fast food, and pizza goes. Yes, my personal opinion, but it's always fresh, hot and delivery they have wherever you may order food from Best, know that!! I had to be sure the 1st time I got food from them it was done. Lol Seriously though, if you haven't tried Christopher's pizza place in Nashua DO IT!! YOU ARE MISSING OUT!! OH!! the staff ten plus!!! Always nice, courteous and pleasant.. You can joke around with them, and explain how you want your food. Good people good food!! I had actually got snappy with a girl on my order and I did apologize. I felt so terrible because it was not remotely her fault. It was a family member of mine. So again I apologize to whoever you were. Thank you Christopher's The DeGraffts Had a small Hawaiian pizza well done and a Lg. Italian, but the best are the Boneless chx tenders. Omg!...
Read moreZERO STARS!!! Fly in my salad today! The fly was big and sitting right on the top of the lettuce under a piece of ham! Not even an apology from the manager or her boss who I would assume was the owner. I have a photo but this doesn’t have an option to share a picture. I will try to post the picture in the comments area.
After I posted this on their Facebook page the manager tried claiming that they did apologize and offered something in place of the salad. This is not true! First, she did not apologize and second, she did not offer anything. I would have never taking anything offered anyway but to say it was offered is a lie. Also, they said on the FB post that they was taking this seriously and are going to follow up with their produce vendor. Really, how is this their fault? Maybe if you washed your lettuce and trained your employees to watch for this type of stuff, this wouldn’t have happened! Instead, they take no ownership and try to pass the buck onto their produce supplier!...
