Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Nashua

Not being from the area we called an placed an order, gave the hotel address order was taken 90 minutes we received a call from a driver asking the address again...we provided it an the driver replyed tht they didnt deliver to tht area...upon calling the store the very rude manager jayson stated that he canceled the order and WED HAVE TO WAIT 2 TO 3 DAYS FOR A CC REFUND AND PROCEEDED TO BLAME OUR BANK, WHICH DOSENT HOLD MONEY UPON REFUNDING ANYTHING (WHY WE HAD CHOSEN SAID BANK TO BEGIN WITH) WHEN I EXPLAINED THAT HE STARTED RAISING HIS VOICE, SWEARING AND HUNG UP @ WHICH TIME WE DROVE TO THE LOCATION TO RETREIVE PROOF OF SAID PURCHASE CANCELLATION, UPON ENTERING WE ASKED FOR THE MANAGER AND ANOTHER FEMALE EMPLOYEE WAS STANDING BEHIND HIM LAPHING THEN CONTINUED HER CONVO SWEARING WHEN THE MANAGER CAME FROM HIS OFFICE W THE 'PROOF' WHICH STATED THT THEY CANCELLED THE ORDER DUE TO NO PICKUP, WHEN IN FACT IT WAS A DELIVERY, I IN FACT GAVE HIM THE ADDRESS 4 SEPERATE TIMES UPON PLACING THE ORDER@WHICH TIME THE ORDER TAKER SHOULD HAVE SAID THEY DIDNT DELIVER TO OUR LOCATION! WHEN WE GOT TO THE DOOR TO EXIT THE SAME FEMALE EMPLOYEE STARTED CLAPPING! DONT ORDER AT THIS LOCATION I ABSOLUTELY WILL BE CONTACTING UPPER MANAGMENT OVER THE UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF AND THE MANNER WE ENDED UP GOING AROUND THE CORNER TO CHRISTOPHER'S PIZZA WHICH WAS FAST PROFESSIONAL...

I hate to admit that I have ordered a lot from here, a lot more than I probably should. If you’re lucky to not have to wait 2+ hours for your food, you’ll still be met with forgotten items or terribly inconsistent quality of food or just straight cold food. Sometimes it’s just sauces they forgot, other times they forget half your order, other times they forget your already overpriced 2 liter of soda that you only ordered out of convenience. Their solution is to have the driver run back and get it for you, but then your food is cold because they don’t even prioritize your item over other deliveries after they made the mistake. On top of that, they won’t refund you for single items, and refuse to refund your entire order if it’s just a missing soda. Forget even bothering with this place, its not even convenient anymore to order delivery nowadays. You have better luck with doordash at some other place than with the quality drivers this place hires, and that’s already a very low bar considering doordash...

It's possibly the worst Domino's pizza I've ever been to. Trying to order what we wanted was unnecessarily difficult. There seemed to be a cultural barrier along with pure laziness and possible lack of knowledge with the person who took the order. Walking into the establishment, I was met with odd looks from the unkempt employees, and looking around the workspaces, it was clear that "nobody cares." I attempted to clear the issue with our order upon picking up and was left astounded by the lack of concern and shoddy customer service of this other person, and he didn't offer to fix the issue at all. Upon getting home with the food, I was sadly disappointed and yet not surprised that the pizzas had little to no toppings, spots where there was no cheese or no sauce. I could have made a better pizza with random items in my fridge. Please... keep the hard earned money I spent on this abomination, as it's clear you need it...
