Dunkin' — Restaurant in Nashua

Omg , this place at 515 everyday is a major problem. I'm not sure if other people complain about it or not but it's ridiculous! I'm a contractor an lately I've been doing alot of work in this neighborhood an dunks is always a pit stop for me on the way home. It's the usual thing every weekday at 5:00.pm. I pull in drive through an it's packed. However there's no cars in front lot. Sometimes I get annoyed an go in. Whenever I go in. The young staff is always joking around, talking like it's crazy. There is no sense of urgency whatsoever. It's the only time I have an issue. An it's really not busy, it's just the staff. I go to dunks 3 or 4 times a day. I don't want to get anyone in trouble but there is a drama queen working there that to me seems to be the base of the problem. So today was like any other day. Waiting in line for 15 min.(15). No cars ahead of me at window. I'm just waiting. Then someone finally answers the mic an says there is an issue so it might be a few min. I'm already 15 min in so I figured I'd wait it out. So 10 min go by an the lady behind me asks what's going on. So as I'm explaining to her the dunks girl here's me an says it might be a bit an I can leave if I want. So I ask if it's like a 5 min problem or an hour problem. An I said I just need a coffee. She said it could be an hour problem. So I said can I just come in an she said we just locked the front doors because we are understaffed an it's a safety issue an we are gonna call a manager about it. I am not sure why the drive-thru was closed. Maybe there isn't enough employee coverage in the morning, maybe there is a giant pothole. Regardless, it was closed. What wasn't closed was the option to order on-the-go through the drive-thru. Now, I don't frequent this location - I normally grab my coffee closer to work. So little do I know that the drive-thru is closed when I order. I'm in a rush and go to this one since it saves me a few mins because of the quick highway entrance/exit. I get there and discover a car and some milk crates are blocking the drive-thru. So I go inside and wait, to let them know I ordered for the drive-thru. There are 10 or so people in line. Now, I have to wait in line despite my on-the-go order. If I hadn't already paid, I would have just gone without coffee. I mean, I was on a time crunch - thus the online order. Eventually, I get helped and they say to me, 'Oh - did you accidentally order it for drive-thru?' I mean, no - I ordered it that way on purpose, not by accident. Then they slowly make my coffee. From ordering to receipt of the coffee - it was 25 mins. From store arrival to pickup, it was 20. Management, please please please read this. Close the drive-thru orders, if you close your drive-thru. Period. Always. No one has time for these games. I come to Dunkins because I need a quick coffee on the run. If I had 20 to spare, I'd make my own for cheaper...along with some...

Wow the best Dunkin Donuts in The city of Nashua and I have not had a chance to review the others in the city but I have been to most of them. This location is awesome and the best. I always ask for like extra extra extra extra cream cheese and Sir James got it right the first time I went in. He put it is the system correctly and I complimented him and he was so nice. One of the managers or I think she is a manager Lisa is awesome also she got my order correct the first time I went to drive thru and I thanked her also. I go to a lot of places to review them and to get to know the best of the best so I may be able to go to the best and since needing to be in the area a lot I come to this location now not matter what and even if I am not in the area I make a point to go to this location even if I am on the other side of the city. I have taken a few photos for you all to see. I appreciate good service and I believe good service should be recognized and here I am recognizing this location as being the best of the best and the best service.
