TJ's Deli and Catering — Restaurant in Nashua

This is twice now that the total I was given over the phone and what I was charged was drastically different. The 1st time we let it go because the food was good. This time everything was cold, which there no excuse for because they are pretty close to me. The pulled pork was so greasy I'm still sick from it the next morning. The French fries were so cold and soggy . The bun was a soggy mess from all the grease. Grease NOT sauce. $6 is a bit much to be over charged for cold gross food. I've ordered from here for the last 4 years. After being over charged twice in a row I feel like it was not a mistake but on purpose and I will not give them the opportunity to do it a 3rd time. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE THEY STEAL FROM THEIR LOYAL CUSTOMERS! Edit: As you can see from the response, this establishment does NOT value it's customers. When I spoke to the manager I was met with hostility and rudeness. Not being aware of the tax does NOT change the fact that TWICE I have been told an amount less than what I was charged!! No apology, just told "I better do something about that review" I have spoken with 2 other people since making this review that have also stopped patronizing this business for the EXACT SAME REASON! Apparently it is a common practice of theirs. They also waited until the following day to take out the 3 dollar tip, that I added while on the phone to the $17 (and change) total I was given. So my total taken off my card was over $29 for a cold sandwhich, soggy fries and 6 burnt cheese sticks! I would have canceled the order before even giving them my card number if I had been given the correct amount. Bad food, rude service and dishonesty is what you will get dealing with this establishment and the risk of being sick for 2 days from the small amount I was able to get down after REHEATING everything in the air fryer and replacing the inedible mess the bun was in from all the grease. I should have taken a picture to add to this review and regret I did not after speaking with the extremely rude woman they have for a manger and realizing that NOTHING was going to be done. I used to order from Papa Gino's and Papa John's because the local places weren't that great, but once I found TJ's I thought I was all set. They usually take a long time for deliveries, but usually in one hour they're here and the food is usually hot when it gets here so I never had complaints. Today was just awful, and the saddest part was the manager and the employees just don't care. My food took about 1 hr and 20 minutes and it was cold and they couldn't get in touch with their driver when I called so maybe he got lost? Not only that, but he forgot my soda, or they forgot to pack it. They tried to blame my soda missing on my phone call to try to cancel my order, which wasn't successful anyways as the driver arrived as I hung up with the manager. As a way to shut me up they sent me 6 bottles of 20 oz. Pepsi about 19 minutes later. I guess that's a way to try to fix the problem? I'm in customer service, and let me tell you, I'd be in a heck of a lot of trouble if when people called me with a complaint or concern I said that "there's nothing I can do." Low end, no standards. A shadow of its old self TJs has plummeted in quality, portion size and service. It seems like it’s all teenagers “running” the place on Friday/Saturday nights chatting amongst themselves while de prioritizing customers and cleanliness. Same old “house of” style pizza as everyone else but at TJs it was overdone/burnt all three times. The lasagna was less than an inch tall. It was like they gave us a tin of sauce. You couldn’t even see the piece which was bland and unremarkable at best. BLT sub was almost all lettuce with a sprinkling of chopped tomatoes and what looked and tasted like precooked bacon! If it wasn’t than TJs has managed to take real bacon and somehow make it terribly thin, flattened and not juicy with a bitter after taste. Surely this can’t be the place I used to visit a decade ago!...this can’t be the place I’ve read about in all the 5 star reviews!...and yet here I am after my third time in as many months thoroughly unimpressed. I doubt they’ll be around for the next decade...not if they continue to...
