There's always something wrong with inventory (having the items listed on the menu) or with being able to have a decent visit.

I'm really only leaving the review since male staff thought it was appropriate to come outside tell me to leave the drive thru, though the business was already closed (since the system was down and weren't taking orders) and I was researching elsewhere to get food.

Female staff also thought it was appropriate to come over the speaker to ask the male coworker if I were a "retard" and mentioned my sister?

I know it's stereotypical for people who work at places like these to be low functioning but that is no legitimate excuse for behaving like that as an adult especially WHILE being paid.

Strive to NOT be low vibrational but if you can't help it then do that on your OWN time, not the employer's. Do better.

Oh, for the female who was projecting her intelligence by asking if I was a "retard," if you all were actually on the phone with "system support" about you all's system being down/ not being able to take orders then that would mean the time period of said situation has been accounted for. Why would the drive thru "time go up" if, by that time, the business was technically closed anyways? You must not have thought that through though you don't get paid to think regardless. Don't quit your day job - either of you. #FoodForThought

I've been enjoying the new mac & cheese bites. They are a bit expensive at $1 per PIECE, but they're super good. I got two orders of them tonight. Two of them were as black and hard as CHARCOAL, the rest were good. I think they're trying to refry leftover ones to utilize on later orders. At $1 per piece, I want FRESH, UNBURNED pieces. Seriously, did you think your customer wouldn't notice they were BURNED, HARD AS A ROCK and INEDIBLE?? Why on earth would you serve something like that? That will be the last time I go there for what was previously something I was buying very often. Thanks for ripping me off and giving me food I couldn't eat. Update: I went to the link the owner provided and was required to provide a TON of personal info to pursue the complaint. They replied to my form by saying they had talked to the store, yada, yada and would be sending me a "small token" to make up for it. I have yet to receive anything. So on top of getting ripped off with burnt, inedible food, I gave these people every bit of personal info for NOTHING apparently. They really need to send these people to a people management class. Talk about making it worse with their "outreach and complaint...

I wish I could give you more than 5 stars, I do have one gripe last week or the week before you were out of something, I think it was sweet tea and it was late at night so I accepted it, although I know it takes like 5-10 min to brew and if it was brewed late at night you could save it to start the day with or give me some to take home it cost about 25cents to make still...right? I digress. When I got to the window the young lady politely asked if there anything I wanted instead, I said yes aujou to which you were out of.... It's a powder you mix with hot water. I would of made it at home if that was a hassle. Needless to say I am glad I was not having a french dip because I would have been a total disappointment.

The store is great, the afternoon drive through lady who calls you baby, you know who I am talking about. She is always delightful and I am glad to see here when I come through. Now you got burgers I got to try them. The point I wanted to make was don't be stingy spend the buck to make the tea or hook us up with some aujous. I'll gladly pay for it my dog loves it.
