Abby at this location is so rude and seems to not understand how customer service works or what she can and cannot do as a manager. I have a step son that works for Dominos.....but anyways I placed an order online to use my 60pts on a free pizza tonight. I ordered my husbands first with the free meal bc his is more complicated. The free pizza is for only 2 topping medium pizza and I did 3 toppings. I went back in to take off the parmesan asiago and keep the 1 extra topping of jalapeños. Then I went in to add the 6.99 mix and match on a 1med 2 topping pizza and an order of cinnamon sticks. That total together was 6.99+6.99+5.99 delivery fee and about 3.50 in taxes. The total should've only came to roughly $22.00. Our pizza gets here and I have 2 of the 1/2 pepp and 1/2 cheese pizzas but somehow these 2 are different pizzas but dont know why bc i only ordered 1 of them and my husbands other pizza which was a thin crust creamy garlic sauce with spinach tomatoes and jalapeño was missing. I called i told her what happened first off she was sort of rude I told her that all my orders if you look back is always the same maybe we dont get the cinnamon sticks one time from the other or if my kids arent here to eat I have my bbq chicken pizza. My total was $26.57 i told her that I was having my husband bring back one of the pizzas to get a refund and she told me I would have to reorder his. I ordered it and sent him he got home and I asked him for the receipt and he said she didnt give me one. So now I dont even know what she did and I asked him he basically said she charged him $22 for his pizza and like 19 on the other. The math wasnt mathing so I called back. She tells me that I kept the free pizza and sent back the other pizza first of all they appeared the exact same 1/2 pep 1/2 cheese and nowhere on the box has a sticker on it to say what is on the pizza! She basically goes in to telling me that I paid for what I got but thats not the case bc I lost my free pizza and wasnt given a free pizza she charged me $19.73 for cinnamon twists and my half and half pizza then turned around took the other half and half pizza back and gave my husband his pizza and charged him $22. So I paid over $41 for something what was supposed to have only been 26.50 plus I went ahead and upcharged him to a large since he was mad and had to go all the way to the store to get it so it should've only been $29.50. She said there's nothing I can do about putting your free pizza points back on their so I said your telling me I lost them then she said yeah. Then I ask her name she acted hesitant to tell me her name was Abby I asked her who's the manager there and she said I am then just rudely hangs up on me before I could ask her to at least email me a receipt since she didnt send one. Read moreThis Domino’s has the worst service I have ever experienced in all of delivery and fast food, I have waited on multiple occasions over an hour for pizzas that should take no less than 35 minutes, I live less than 2 miles away. We ONLY ever order pizzas for our kids when we’re out for date nights. The last time we did, my eldest said that the pizza took over an hr and 15 mins. I ended up going to this location to pick it up and for some reason, the Manager of this store coped the biggest attitude with me because I decided to show up instead of waiting however longer for his deliver guy to show up at my house. He tells me that it’s because of a “storm” in the area and there was literally a few hours in the entire day that it may have rained so idk what kind of excuse that was. On top of that, when I decided to cash in my refunded pizza order the following week. I drove up to their pick up window beside the store and that same store manager opened the window with the nastiest attitude rolling his eyes at me. Asking my name although I’m sure he remembered me, when I gave him my name, he literally shut the sliding window and the didn’t even acknowledge me and gave me the pizza. This man should NOT be in customer service. He has no social skills whatsoever, he’s rude and coming from someone who has managed restaurants for over 9 YEARS. He should look for another job. Read morePicked our order up. Our dip was the equivalent of maybe 1/4 cup due to being burned and stuck to the bottom of the aluminum container. Our Brooklyn style extra large pizza fed 4 people only after being cut because it was over cooked and dry.Really didn't even fill up our children . The mushroom topping had about 10 maybe small pieces that were extremely dry. Called to speak to the manager and he wouldn't talk to us . Said he was to busy. Actually had an employee tell us he couldn't talk. I'm not sure how this Domino's that is brand new can't even cut a pizza correctly. If you ever order make sure and have a pizza cutter handy. We have had nothing but problems the couple of times we have ordered . There was a new manger but I think he works days and after that it turns to trash so...
