Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

The last time I ate at Sonic on Robinson road in Old Hickory it was so nasty it made me sick the hamburgers the bread was no good the tater tots was the hamburger with the bread with and that is the first time and I will never go back again because that is the first time that was so nasty the hamburgers and bread was old the bread was falling apart the tater tots look like they were old they didn't taste very good so I think somebody needs to do something about that because it might go get sick because it made me sick and my stomach so somebody needs to straighten him out and then who's ever cooking their hamburger it was out the bread was out the tater tots was old that's why I would never go back until they get a new cooker because whoever was cooking that stuff it seemed like the mate with this been sitting there the hamburger and the tater tots with no good and somebody needs to do something about that because I won't go...

On 8/8/2025 my wife wanted to go to Sonic. She got a cheeseburger and it was good. I decided I would try the "Chicken Bites", since Sonic did not have the Chicken Strip Dinner with the gravy that was really good and we used to always get. Got the meal to go and when we got home and opened the bag the Chicken was way overdone, was almost like mini-charcoal briquettes. If I was the cook I would have never given them to anyone, should have gone in the trash and that's where they went in my garbage can!. Last time Sonic messed up an order they would not make it right, just offered a free small drink, big deal, I just won't be back. 8/20/2025 Update- went to the Sonic site like they asked and they offered me a coupon for a free hamburger, but only IF I sign up for a SONIC Account, don't want another password to keep up with, gave my email, why can't they send coupon...

Hailey messed my slush up,i asked for a route 44 grape and blue raspberry slush but she gave me a grape and coconut slush,i told her that's not the flavors i asked for and she offered to fix it with an attitude,if you have an attitude already,why would i want you to fix my drink? When i called to speak with a manager Hailey answered and was very rude and tried to argue with me about it, she has very poor customer service not to mention i sat there for 7 mins waiting on 1 slush!!! I paid $4 for it so i should get what i ask for not what she wanted me to have!!! Good thing i don't eat food from this location,you can't even get a drink order right so how can you get a food order right lol?!?! Hailey the customers didn't make you fill your application out to work at Sonic,so if you don't like your job maybe you should consider looking...
