Dunkin' — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

today is the day that I ended my services with Dunkin’ Donuts on 8th Ave., South. When they first came to my awareness I really loved the little place the atmosphere. The people was friendly you had choices. I think so today I thought let me go by and get me a sandwich. Well, I was gonna get two wraps, but because I couldn’t drink hot or cold coffee, it was no other option so then I decided OK I’ll get one sandwich and a doughnut. Well, the donut was stale and it’s always cold and the sandwich was the wrong sandwich to hurry up do it in a bag probably knowing I wouldn’t go look at it so it was fun, but they gave you little gifts and stuff like that. They did give me a gift card so I’ll spend it at another Dunkin’ Donuts. I will never ever go there again. My daughter always said you can’t go to a place no more than once or twice so at this point they’ll be going downhill that’s usually how business goes. They start off great and...

Terrible service at this location - I ordered a hot chocolate and when I got the window they said coffee and I corrected them multiple times. Attendant was more interested in making sure I had the option to tip on a drive thru service.
