After 15 years of going to this location I have had enough. I tried calling every phone number available on google and posted on the building posted at the drive thru. None of them actually get you to Jack in the Box. One of them posted on the drive thru window is now for a law firm! At one point this was a decent location. But after covid hit this location is in worse than bad shape and there appears to be no way to let corporate know about it. Right off the bat I will let everyone know that it is clear that the current franchise owner does not care about this location and it is deeply neglected.
The short version of this is: rude employees, bad customer service, employees will lie and say equipment is down to not serve burgers or sides but you can see them handing it out to other customers and or eating it themselves right in front of you, several times I have been told during the day and night that they are only able to make French fries and nothing else in the fryers, If you make an app order count on waiting for an hour or more to get it after you order it or having to repeat your order to the window because it did not make it to them or they system is down, drive thru consistently has wait times of 30 minutes per car or longer, 100% order error rate in the past 3 years that is if you don’t get someone else’s order which is almost always, this location randomly closes during the day and night even if you ordered and paid on the app you will not get food even though the restraint has employees in it and they are clearly staffed!, if you are handicapped they will not accommodate you in any way.
There are several laws that are being broken here but it’s so bad I want to go past that. At this point the franchise owner does not deserve your hard earned money and the community does not deserve such a poorly run location. This is decent neighborhood and this is confusing and infuriating to have. IF the employees do not want to be there and the owner does not care and corporate willing turns a blind eye. Maybe it’s time that WE the customers just shut it down. I am done with this place that is for sure. Yours truly, 15 year customer...

One item least expected to find here, and exceptionally good, is their egg rolls. Which I highly recommend!
Their Teriyaki Chicken Bowl brings in a close second.
These items had been suggested to me by an asian co-worker, believe it or not...so I had to try them! The eggrolls are nicely priced for a quick snack on the go as well!
Their mini tacos were found to be a little tough for chewing... and sadly, I couldn't tell you about their regular sized tacos (however they are apparently a big seller for them and are a lower priced item), as they failed to give me the 2 tacos that I ordered and paid for.
My husband ordered their hamburger and fries, and said while they don't beat Wendy's, they are quite comparable to a McDonalds burger. The onion rings were crispy, non greasy and quite tasty however!
They do carry a variety of burgers to try, that are quite unique as well; something you won't find at McDonalds or Wendys.
The staff at their Madison Old Hickory Blvd location were quick to take my order, but were quite rude in their presentation and delivery...and apparently so focused on getting the food out the door that they overlook the accuracy of what they are putting, or not putting into the bag, before they hand it to you.
So best advice here, double check your order before you leave!
I have eaten at Jack in the Box other locations over the past 10 years, and not had any problems with rudeness or missing items. Their staff in Murfreesboro were always exceptionally nice and helpful.
So, whether it's burgers, chicken, fish , shrimp, tacos, teriyaki chicken with broccoli and rice or eggrolls...Jack in the Box has it!
The food was good, hot and fresh, plus the service is fast, for those with demanding schedulings, needing to eat on the run!

Read moreWish I could give 5 stars! The crew that filled 3 orders for me from 5-9 were amazing. The lady always pays attention to small details, which gets me bigger tips as I work for Grubhub. Dark hair, lovely voice, always credits her team. Wait times may be longer than some fast food but better quality follows.
Now for the negative:: I simply can't give praise to the late night staff?? (Is there a staff?) I depend on businesses that advertise the selling of food to get money to get by on. Many many many times, over 15 now, 0/zero exaggeration, I get an order... go to get it after 12ish and NO ONE IS THERE, if they are there then the wait is horrendous food is wrong and all the extras requested are missing.
Several times NO ONE IS THERE AT ALL AND I HAVE TO CANCEL ORDERS AND TAKE A LOWER RATING AGAINST MY OWN WORK!
Please if you are not 24hrs than let Grubhub and similar companies know!
Definitely need to point out that on Sundays and Monday's my customers orders are filled and there is no issue.
Just the busiest nights of my week, where the money can make or break my ability to pay my bills::::: EVERYTHING SLIPS!

Please just make your hours clear to services like mine.
Hate dragging down some employees for what is obviously a fail for those higher up when it comes to the "24hr" policy. When it is only open until 11:30pm.
Honestly maybe 3 in 20 times I have gotten orders late night, but things were completely wrong and nothing requested was there.
