Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

As a local guide I truly give my honest opinions on businesses. Whether it be good or bad my experience ,this morning August 16th at Sonic wasn't a terribly bad, but being that I came to this Sonic on August 15th and ordered a small order of food and used my receipt to receive a free Route 44 drink which was a natural leamonade. I get a lot of the surveys at the bottom of the receipts to get the free Route 44 drink. Now this is where my problem comes in at because this code gives you a free drink you should be able to get any of the 300,000 combinations that Sonic offers yesterday I use my verification code to get all natural lemonade no problem .Go back today and I was told that you CANT get a signature drink with your code. So I cancel my order which was only $2.17 not a whole lot of money that I was spending but for being my opinion since from day today at this location everything is different and I get a lot of these receipts to get the free drinks I'll just have to go to another sonic because it's too wishy-washy .I have read other reviews that says that sometimes the food comes out hot sometimes it comes out lukewarm. This is ture. so in my opinion I would mark this Sonic off of places to do...

Smh it's very sad to pay $20.45 dollars on 8/1/2017, and to get slop up food that has been sitting there since me and husband arrived there around 9:50 P.M. but they just over cook the slop up food (From Day Shift) lol very UnSanitaize it was the combo #9 the crispy chicken combo smh was A joke and they never put cheese on our chicken, the fries was hard and burnt!!!! I'm telling yall to stay away from these Warfare places. Most of all the resturants have A Psycho issue when it comes to dealing with customers food. P.S. Why Serve Slop up Food 2 Customers if you know yourself, you wouldn't feed your family nor yourself with this Slop!!!!! BEWARE!!!! The Manager by the name of Deba lol ask us today 8/2/2017 if both combos wasn't right from last night lol again A joke and he try to scam us today out of $10.02 but that didn't work so he went to give us more slop up food while the little car hopper try to get us A Psycho Attuide because they food is Nasty!!!! Will leave customers just setting at the window have the drive through blocked off but won't answer tbe stall buttons either at 730 am when pep are trying getbreakfast and get they're kids to school this is just pathetic why show up to work if your not gona work sad the people work here are so miserable with them selfs they take it out on customers by having no customer service this is not first time to have several customers just settin there waiting to order at breakfast time and the employees do not Wana work so they just leave pep setting till they pull off ...I'd fire every single employee on Staff and if the owners wounder why they falling off well try taking care of your store and actually providing service sad when 12 year old kid says just leave I won't eat don't Wana be late for school glad I'm raising my kids to be more responsible respectful then any of the employees seem to be at this location ...
