I thought that their drive through was fairly quick. I felt like I feel about a lot of young cashier's. The cashier was not focused. The young man that gave me my order, seemed unfocused. He did not give me my drink with my order. Which is not so bad, but what he did was instead of handing me my drink which was sitting right there. He left the window and went somewhere else and I had to wait for him to return and give me my drink so that I could leave. I can't rationalize why he just didn't hand my drink to me. I can tell you that it is very frustrating when you go to any restaurant and the cashier isn't focused. When a customer goes to any restaurant they don't want to wait for the cashier to get done with some unrelated task, such as take care of another customer while you wait for them to take care of you, such as: talk to a co worker (and become offended when you ask them to return their attention back to you), or not pay attention to your life threatening allergy (like a tomato allergy, and not rationalizing that ketchup is tomato.), and getting angry because you are returning your order because they gave you what you asked them not to, because you have an allergy to it. The list goes on and on. This is something that the food industry needs to discuss. One they really need to focus on is food allergies. The biggest one is wheat. Here is a hint you can order gluten free hamburger buns from another vendor/company, for people with wheat allergies. When you do you will reap the financial benefits. Read moreThis location is near the metroplex area by Rosa l Parks. On this particular day that I visited there was a tornado warning but I don't believe that is an excuse for poor customer.
I asked for a two piece and I had to ask more than once at the drive-thru window but again there was a tornado warning in so that could have interfered with the intercom system.
Upon pulling up to the window I was not greeted I was just told my they ran my card I did not receive a receipt I waited a few minutes for my meal it was given to me and I had to ask for honey and hot sauce which was not a problem because some people don't want those condiments and then I had to ask again can I please have my drink.
More than likely I will not revisit this location.
Once I open the box I was very unhappy the chicken was cold the biscuit was hard the mashed potatoes and gravy was the only thing that was hot the drink tasted fine however I could tell that the chicken may have been something that they had from maybe the night before or days before I ended up throwing the chicken away I ate the mashed potatoes and share those with my baby boy.
I'm not really sure if the issue with this location is managers or if it could be something else but this is definitely a location that should be reviewed by their regional office for poor performance.

Read moreWith today being Friday, they had customers waiting up front. I know the cashier was taking a few orders and then making them. She had no help untill she had finished making like 6 people's orders. Then someone wants to come help her. The white girl in drive thru has no customer service! She asked people at the wind ok so what u have.... So unprofessional. Then they had 3 customers come back that was in drive thru. 2 of which had the wrong food/ messed up food. And one was for a drink. Asked for a specific type and got another. On top of that a customer came back through with her box of food in hand and receipt, she had to wait in a long as line to get her food made over. If there is a customer with messed up food they are the ones you take care of first. One lady looked right at here and stood where she was not asking what was wrong or anything.
