Roma Pizza & Pasta — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

On 9/5 I Ordered from a 3rd party delivery & received my food within the hour. I assumed they would deliver from the Roma location on Gallatin Rd as it’s right around the corner from my house but never the less it came from this Clarksville Pike Roma.

I ordered the Italiano Sub & 6 lemon pepper wings. Both were absolutely terrible. Wings were cold & literally dripping in grease (no ranch added either.) The sub, well look at the picture & see for yourself. As an Italian myself, I was appalled to have that been called their “Italiano Sub.”

The next day, I called the location & talked to Sam the manager. He was kind & advised me to come back & re-order anytime but blamed the reason my order was cold on the delivery driver being 40 mins late (which wasn’t true.)

Today (9/8 - 3 days later) I called & wanted to place the remake order. The guy who answered was so rude while I tried explaining the situation. I did NOT want the Sub or the Wings again as I stated they were both terrible so I asked to replace with a Pepperoni Pizza with green onions & the Chicken Alfredo & paid the “$10 difference” they requested as it was “more food & not the same total as my last order.” Ok - fine, I did expecting to have a better food experience.

Got home, the breadsticks that came with the pasta BURNED to a crisp. Salad was basic & the pizza to be honest was the most bland & boring pizza I’ve had in a long time!! Only thing that was decent was the pasta - & even that wasn’t worth the price or troubles I went through!

Where do I begin? The only positive thing I can say is that I haven't gotten sick from the food. However, the treatment we received as customers was absolutely appalling. My mother ordered a pizza and paid in cash, but they claimed she hadn’t paid. She clearly remembers it being $22 and some change and handed over $23. Somehow, the driver stole the money and insisted she didn’t pay. My stepdad ended up paying for the pizza again, and then they put my mom on a “RED FLAG” list, banning us from ordering pizza from there.

My mom was very nice about the whole situation, but it didn’t matter. We tried to order for pickup later, but they refused us because of this ridiculous ban. After some time, we went back, thinking we could pick up without giving them our address. But when they recognized my mom, they looked it up and said they wouldn’t have given us the pizza if they had known who we were.

When my mom asked for a refund because she didn’t want to deal with it anymore, they called the cops on us! The police were confused about why they were even called. They just told us to go elsewhere. This place is incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. If I could press charges, I absolutely would. Save yourself the trouble and go...

Went and got some cheesy bread and a large pizza they were fresh and hot and ready soon as I got there to pick them up! I seen some of the other reviews that have been left i guess im going to have to go try them again I called my order in this was 2 months ago and the cheesy bread and pizza i ordered were good but I am going to go and try them again I try not to order through any of the food delivery places because they try and get 5 or 6 orders to take to the same area and I get that but you have to get it to people before its cold or bounced arou d in there back seat !
