The worst McDonald's ever this should be called McDougal's like a pretend McDonald's because everything there is not really standard for instance McDonald's usually offers a fudge sundae and a caramel sundae but when you order a caramel sundae because they are out of a caramel they will use the McCafe caramel that they use for drinks or at least that is what I was offered the next day I went for a caramel sundae the manager was very rude and loud and said usually this is not what we do then I will have to offer it to everyone that is standing behind you the crazy part is that the people that were behind me did not order caramel Sundaes only I did. When her manager came up to the front area she then whispered to her while pointing at us and talking about the caramel sundae incident that was very unprofessional of two managers to be sending in the front area talking about customers people who just spent money at their establishment you know the reason why they have jobs I have never seen someone so concerned about $0.02 worth of caramel almost as if it was coming out of their pocket or their bonus or maybe they just wanted to take home a Sunday and they couldn't please do not stop at this McDonald's you will be sadly disappointed they should shut this one down and make a Subway there instead like most of the other...

Upon opening the box it was black grease on lid inside the box and all over the top of the bun. I asked the manager for another quarter pounder and she said it would be the sam way with black grease on it. I said that is unacceptable and she got rude and started talking crazy so I told her she rude and have bad customer service, then I asked every employee for the corporate manager number and no one would give to asked for my money and said no I have to wait until she got done try to fix the bun machine. I was standing at the counter for about 4 minutes, clearly waiting to be helped. There was an employee right there, and even after I said “hello,” she completely ignored me — no eye contact, no greeting, nothing.
Only after she finished everything she was doing did she finally decide to assist me, without even acknowledging the delay or offering an apology. I understand that staff can be busy, but ignoring a customer who’s visibly waiting at the counter is unacceptable.
This kind of service makes you think twice about coming back. I hope better training in customer service is provided...
