Great food, decent prices, but a loud atmosphere and mediocre service

Let's start with the menu and prices. There are plenty of options for breakfast and burgers, but not a lot more beyond that. It felt like an appropriate selection and number of choices, but the prices on some of the items were way too high ($13 for a BBQ bacon burger?) Do be aware that they are using some phycological tricks by not listing the dollar sign on their menu. This is a standard practice and I can't fault them for it, but it's just something to keep in mind.

The service was pretty slow. It was mother's day and their internet was down so their POS system couldn't run cards. There weren't many people in there, but it still took a very long time for the food to come out.

When it did come out, one of the dishes was cold and we sent it back. They did get another hot one out in a timely manner.

The food itself was fantastic. Great flavor! The fries that came with my burger were fantastic, I just wish they came with a bit more fries.

I am traveling from out of state and heard great things about this restaurant. When being seated, the staff was welcoming, and spoke with love. They were busy as a bee, yet still managed to keep it feeling like a family hangout. When looking at the menu, I immediately knew I wanted to Nashville Hot Chicken and Waffles. When the items were brought to the table, I experienced a moment of excitement and joy, as I looked at my plate and seen the greatness of the Nashville Hot Chicken. The chicken was crispy, juicy, and delicious. There was care and passion put into the very essence of the Nashville name on this chicken dish. The waffle was fluffy, fulfilling, and a perfect contrast to the heat of the chicken. I was completely and wholely in a place of comfort after the first bite. By the time I wiped my plates clean, I realized I was about to attempt cutting through the plate, just for one more bite of this dish. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone seeking great food at good prices, as well as an atmosphere built on family and passion. Great...

We were really looking forward to eating here, but unfortunately our experience was so disappointing that we ended up leaving without being served. My husband, daughter, and I were seated and then completely ignored for 11 minutes—no greeting, no menus explanation, not even offered water. During that time, we watched two servers providing excellent service to the tables around us, yet not a single word was directed our way despite passing by multiple times.

Instead, we saw them cleaning, restocking, and even taking time to sit down and eat a meal, all while we sat waiting. The table beside us noticed our situation and even tried to get someone’s attention for us, but it didn’t help. I could have understood if a server needed a break, but the lack of even basic acknowledgment was unacceptable.

We used to be locals and always loved this restaurant, so I was genuinely excited to return. Sadly, this experience left us so frustrated that we left and went down the road to eat instead. I don’t know if...
