Oscar's Taco Shop at The Nations — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

We placed a large order through Doordash for our office. When the food arrived, we were missing 5 meals and had received some items we didn't order- ex. missing a taco salad, received a burrito no one had ordered. We contacted the store and asked for a manager. We were told, "the manager isn't here." Upon insisting, she then told us, "We're not responsible. We don't make any money off Doordash." She refused to make the missing items or to refund us for the missing meals. We will not order from them again.

EDITED: We received a message from Oscar's corporate who spoke to the restaurant owner. Doordash apparently receives the orders then calls the restaurant; while the response when we called was poorly worded, they did make the order they received. Doordash sent them an incorrect order.

The food we did receive was excellent; however the poor communication from the staff will prevent us from ordering from them again.

Meh. These are not street tacos but more akin to what you get at Taco Bell or Taco John’s. Standard ground meat, tons of lettuce, and that’s it.

I will say that I enjoyed their fish taco more as it came with a nice aioli and was a really big taco!

Come on Tuesdays as they have a few tacos that are half off. The other major benefit is that many of their bottled beers are half off, meaning you can get beers for well under $2! That’s really the only thing this place has going for it.

Chips and salsa is fine, but salsa is too watery.

Probably wouldn’t come here again unless in the area on a Tuesday, and I would only get...

First off The place was very clean and smelled amazing and the set up was immaculate got greeted as soon as we walked in and was waited on patiently I don’t know who the guy was working out front but he was very handsome and very kind lol. I ordered the surf and turf burrito combo it comes with rice and beans and I got there ha sauce when I say everything taste amazing everything tastes amazing my friend that I came with she got their steak and egg breakfast burrito and that was even amazing I highly recommend going here also this hot sauce is authentic made from scratch I can tell.
