The food and pricing here were all extraordinary. We were both happy to have discovered this gem of a Chinese restaurant a few minutes away from our hotel, and had our brunch there. The waiter was kind and quick to take our orders and clarify anything we needed and the waiting time was reasonable. I was surprised to see how large and plentiful the portions were when we were served. Each of our meals included the meal (rice + veggies/meat), soup, dried chips and a fortune cookie, and all under $20 pre-tax. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxed, with only us here when it first opened. There were ample tables available, but the washroom was off limits at that time due to maintenance. So that loses a star from my review. Besides that, I suggest anyone craving some Chinese food to stop by the Panda house during their travels to, or through Nashville!

J and I want to start this review with an understanding, ask anyone in Nashville what food is missing, and they'll say Asian cuisine. This is a take-out restaurant first and foremost, so fi you are looking for that, look no further. PB - I got the general Tso's, as most Americans do and it truly hit the mark. Great portions and a truly great dish. Hit the expectations and surpassed them...as the fortune cookie predicted. J - I got the same thing as PB. I will say it was VERY good and not overly saucy or battered. Their egg rolls were fire and I wish I had ordered more. This place is heavy on the portions so if you are looking for dinner and lunch, come here. Needless to say, one of the best Chinese food joints in town. Keep comparisons minimal and enjoy it for what it is - great, flavorful Nashville Chinese.

AWFUL! If you order on Uber eats and choose an entree with rice/fried rice, and then you order an add-on dish for $3, you do not get the fried rice. I called when my order was wrong and Susan tried to tell me that by paying an extra $3 you don’t get fried rice. It’s just a substitution charge, which is false advertising and extremely misleading. Susan said “We just don’t do that”. And now because Uber eats won’t refund it, not even partially, I took the order back in to get my money back. When I got to the store, I showed them how the Uber eats screen states that lo Mein is an add-on and not a substitution. I recommended that they update the app so this doesn’t happen to other people. What a glorious waste of time.

We got the BBQ boneless spare ribs, house special lo mein, mapo tofu, and wonton soup. The boneless ribs were a great value and price. They had more fat and gristle than most other restaurants, but made up for it in sheer quantity. Most restaurants would consider this restaurant's small boneless ribs as a large portion. The mapo tofu was satisfactory, not bad, but the peas and carrots in the dish weren't fully cooked. The house special lo mein was decent overall, but the pork had an odd and peculiarly strong flavor which seems to indicate lesser quality pork. The wonton soup was very good, and the broth was the best we have had so far. One issue we ran into was that on the inside of the menu, there was a typo regarding their phone number to call to place an order. It was one digit off, so we ended up dialing some random guy's cell phone. I can imagine he gets this type of call far too often. I'm sure he would greatly appreciate if the menu was corrected, as would customers who try to use that number to order takeout. Overall, a good experience and I would...

This is the Best Chinese Real Food Restaurant in Nashville,TN and I been going to them for over 13yrs now since I use to live next door to them. This restaurant is very clean because I know of the owner and she is very nice and the food is always fresh no matter if you call it in or not it's still fresh and on point. Their meat is always fresh and the noodles and fried rice is good too and their Egg Rolls is far the best and crunchy😊😊😊😊😊😊🎉🎉🎉🎉. Crab meat is awesome too. To be honest to everyone that is living here or visiting, Compare too all the Chinese Resturants I been too is so nasty and animal crultey infested slop up 😡😡 it doesn't make no sense. They have lunch specials between 11-3 and they dinner plates are reasonable....I never mind traveling here only because it's worth coming to......... Panda House is the...
