Taco Bell — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

I hate writing this review as I was so excited for this Taco Bell to open. We went inside to eat today and while we were there not one employee acknowledged us. Nothing ..the whole time we were there. We were the one customers in there. They just stared at us. Lol awkward. We ordered through the kiosk. First the chalupas were so hard we could not even chew them. Like rock hard in some places. I hate being that customer complaining so I ended up just ordering some tacos through kiosk again. The tacos were like toasted. I have no clue why as I have never seen a toasted soft shell taco from TB. I’m giving it three stars as the building is clean and new. I am going to give it one more chance but think they need to do better on their quality. Also the prices are so high. I know they can’t control prices but man it was 14 after tax for just a combo. Unfortunately lol I'm here 5 to 6 times a week... I can't get enough - the app is easy to use, food is great and their rewards keep me coming back. My tenant tells me I'm keeping them in business! 95% of the time, my order is perfect! That other 5% there are things missing: food, napkins, utensils, sauces etc. I usually go thru the drive thru - when this happens ill run inside and grab napkins or sauces or utensils. The other day I got home and noticed a few things missing. I called the store and the manager was pretty great. Told me to take down his name(unique name) and he would tell his employees to compensate me next time I came. We came in the store at 9:50 pm not one person came to even greet us and I even asked loudly is anyone was going to come I was told yeah and no one ever came and we finally ordered our order on the kiosk and our order was brought to us and dropped on the counter and the girl walked off when I asked Who the manager was she told me, Cameron. Cameron finally came to our table and asked if I asked for him. I told him no I was contacting corporate. He said I told him no one came. He obviously knew because he is back there making orders.
