its official i can only come to this sonic in the mornings! the morning crew is so nice and not lazy unlike the lady that works at night. so this was the last straw for me same person mind you. i pull up and she says we are only accepting cash all our card readers are down- i started to explain that generally if the stall card reader is down the lady takes it to the middle one and processes it there she said NO THEY ARE ALL DOWN i say ok no worries- i run to the atm. i pull back up approx 10 min later in the exact same stall. the young man with the awesome voice comes on. i said hey are your card readers back up or do i still need the cash because i ran to the atm he says to my knowledge our card readers werent down today. i told him i was just here 10 minutes ago and she told me they were down and he straight up said "well she lied to you" to the woman with the black hair YOU ARE LAZY AND YOU JUST DONT WANT TO WORK!!! she refuses to give her name but i know exactly what she looks like this is not the first time she was lazy. one evening after work i pulled up to get bag of ice SAME EXACT PERSON comes on and says we are out of ice bags so i came home empty handed my husband says wheres the ice i said they were out of ice bags. he said ok stay here ill go get a couple cups of sonic ice SO HE GOES TO THE EXACT SAME SONIC less than 10 minutes later he comes home with a bag of ice i said how did you find those sonic ice bags he said i didnt. he said the man suggested just getting a bag of ice instead of 3 cups I WAS ABSOLUTELY DUMBFOUNDED AND FELT DISRESPECTED!! i immediately called up there to let them know the same woman lied to me abt not having the ice bags BECAUSE SHE IS LAZY AND DOES NOT WANT TO WORK . im so thankful my morning crew is respectful and kind i really need to start...
Read moreI thought I would update my review since I've noticed some improvements from the last time I posted one. I'm also a lot happier with the service now that I use the app to place my orders which has reduced mistakes on my orders substantially.
Food: The food has never really been the issue at this location minus a few times where I got old popcorn chicken, or sauces weren't included that I paid for. Food is almost always hot and fresh which I do appreciate.
Service: Service has actually improved remarkably. The super rude and grumpy lady is gone finally, and the carhops currently employed are always quite friendly to me and even manage to smile roughly 80% of the time.
Read moreI know this should be a relatively minor complaint, but I'm very annoyed. I ordered mozerella sticks, and specifically asked for Marinara sauce. In my haste to get home after grocery shopping for two hours, I neglected to check the bag to make sure everything is correct. I got home and realized that instead of marinara, I had ranch. I understand what happened, but the person on the phone that I called just made the excuse, didn't offer any sort of return, and when I demanded, I was told by her and the shift manager that I would have to drive back up (7 miles, with traffic) to get any sort of solution. The person I spoke with on the phone and who said was my carhop was a girl named Kayla, very pleasant, but not helpful at all. I was told I either need to call the general manager in the morning (a time which I will not be awake due to having work and working 3rd shift.) or drive all the way back. I told them that if I drove back for this, I was going to expect my entire ticket paid for. They told me that wasn't possible, which I figured, but If I'm driving back, I'm wasting a bunch of gas and time for THEIR mistake and I'm not guaranteed any sort of equal compensation for that, so I decided to just cut my loss and stop dealing with these unnecessarily...
