Hermitage Inn — Hotel in Nashville-Davidson

This place is a nightmare! When i arrived i was met by a heavy set lady carrying a baby wearing nothing but a diaper. I assumed she was a customer until she walked behind the desk area. She was very rude to us as if we had done something wrong. She took our payment and we did not get so much as a thank you. When we arrived at our room we were repulsed with what we had just paid for. The word filthy does not do it justice! Roaches, bugs on the bed, etc. This place could never be remodeled as it is to far gone. We noticed a door inside our room that lead to another room next door, this door could not be secured at all. After we had seen enough we loaded up our luggage and placed it back inside the car. We went back into the office area and was met by a man not from the good ol usa . We explained our problem and he went off the deep end. He started to yell and curse at us in two different languages at once. He refused our refund and when we asked why he stated, "you could have been doing anything up there for 15 mins!" All I could think was how trashy that sounded coming from a business owner. I explained how I wouldn't hang my underwear in a place like this, much less any other activity. I would NEVER return to this motel even if I had to sleep in...

no one speaks english!!!!!!! they literally wont understand u and will continue to yell "pay" even tho u already paid😂😂😂. worst hotel ive ever been at. everythings dirty -microwave/cord -bathroom-towels-sink-chair etc. random unstable table in room. this is the worst one....i'm convinced /i know that they be going into people rooms whenever they leave out. happened to me and my bro 5 times and i been here for 2 days. they knock lightly once pretending their house keeping or sumn. and just try to come in on ya. i asked for a roll of tissue at 1pm and they tried to come by at 7pm and walk straight in without even knocking. luckily i had this broke down table that i use as a barricade for the door. according to somebody who live there.....they can "check" on rooms til 9pm. dont know if thats been a thing but thats a bad thing to put into the policy. someone could be doing adult things if they dnt hear a answer they can walk right in. they most def stealing etc. im not even the type to right an review but i just had to save some peoples time and money. literally feels like im in a haunted motel. This place was literally a crack head motel, actually worse than that. The staff was rude, clearly over charged us just because we weren't from around here, and then when we got into the room within 5 seconds of being in there we found a crack pipe and other stuff. Was standing at the sink and the fan in the bathroom just came crashing down. Toilet wasn't attached to the floor. Sheets and bed were burned and and had stuff on them., the mattress clearly had blood stains on it, huge stain as if someone was killed in the room. Staff was very rude, except the 1 woman working at night - she was polite! The owner cussed at us when we were checking in, and when we were checking out they came to our room and told us to get out as we were packing our stiff and loading it into the vehicle. Never again will I stay in this place. I do not recommend it to anyone. I rather either py extra money and stay in a different location or drive the 20 min down the Rd and stay at the beautiful deerfield in ln where the rooms are very clean, and when spacious. , and has a home setting and the staff is...
