Major Improvements Thanks to New Management

I’ve been coming to this Subway on and off for a while, and I can honestly say the new management has completely turned things around. They've been in place for a few months now, and the difference is night and day.

The store is consistently clean, the ingredients are always fresh, and the staff is friendly and efficient. You can tell the team is better trained and actually takes pride in the service they’re providing.

What I appreciate most is the consistency—every visit has been a good experience, not just a one-time fluke. My orders are accurate, the bread is baked perfectly, and they’re generous with toppings (without having to ask twice!).

1 Star, not worth that. Warning: this location is in a Serious Health Code Violation. I’ve been coming in here for to months, not any more. For two months they have Ben telling me that the restrooms are out of order. Today the employee said “more like 6 months”. Either it’s out of order or they are ling to the customers and not letting anyone use them. Either way, Health Department should close them down for either refusing to fix the bathrooms and/ or denying customers use of them. Strongly recommend staying away from this restaurant till they can comply to health code standards. Employee was fixing my order till I asked if the bathrooms were working. Tried to use the App and couldn't change restaurants without retyping the entire order. Then took the app with me and tried to order and the two employees rushed me and didn't let me make sure the order was correct even when I was telling them give me a second to read the order. They got the order wrong my wife couldn't eat her sandwich.

The quality at Subway has gone down. The lettuce was browning. The tomatoes were not fully ripened. The bread was old or at least past it's prime. The flavors were bad.
