Taco Bell — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

I was the only car in line. I don't frequent Taco Bell as often as other places so it took a minute for me to figure out what I wanted to order. I asked the lady taking my order to please give me minute which I believed perturbed her something awful.

I made my selection and then was handed a half closed lid with Baja Blast covering the top of it. As she handed me the drink she took notice and didn't seem to care. Meanwhile, I'm dripping Mountain Dew in my car and across myself and she doesn't even offer napkins. I receive my card back and I promptly ask for them as she watches me from the window. After I spend a few moments cleaning my lid and wiping off the console of my car, I'm handed my order along with an extremely sarcastic, "You have a GREAT day!"

There was no courtesy or care in her voice and without those things she should not be in a drive thru. I called and asked to speak to a manager, saying I wanted to file a complaint on the lady running the drive thru right now. The "manager" comes on, I say I would like to file a complaint and I'm told, "Is that it?" You don't want my name or the reason for the complaint or ask what can we do to be better? Yes, I suppose that is it and it's it for me too. There were ROACHES in my Mexican pizza, and who knows about our other food my son and I ate in the car on the way home. I couldn't eat the Mexican pizza while I was driving. When I arrived home I say down and opened the box and 3 baby roaches came scuttling out from my Mexican pizza. I threw it back in the bag in shock fear disgust and they scattered on my couch I tried to take a photo of one still in the bag but it was a fast healthy thing and it too escaped into my couch. I swear if I get roaches from STOPPING TO EAT we will have issues. I am beyond disgusted I am worried about what my other food looked like in the light. There is NO WAY THIS STORE doesn't know about their roach issue there were AT LEAST 3 in my bag. THREE!!!!!!!🤢🤢🤮🤮 too many wrapped up in my napkin bag and box. I didn't rate the food cause we didn't ever get our food. Service was horrible right from the start. Which we should have left but we where hungery so we was going to give them a chance. We walked in and the only ones there. W stood at the counter ready to order for a few minutes and there was workers back there. I could see them standing around. Then one of them yells from the back we have to use the kiosk to order. When I can clearly see there is one of the registers says open. Anyway so we order the on the kiosk. After we ordered we stood at the counter for ten minutes or so and never seen any of the workers come out from the back to start preparing our order.
