Driving through and just needed a bed to sleep so we could make it home safely the next day. Made a reservation through the hotel website (cheaper that way). Arrived and they man behind the desk was very polite and it was a fast check in. Rode the elevator up to the second floor and our room was right when we got off to the left. Opened the door and the room was so hot. The a/c was not on so we had to turn that on as low as it would go and as fast as it would go. Went to sleep feeling like it was a mid August day in Florida with no way to cool down. Woke up the next day to get breakfast and the same gentleman greated us good morning. The food area was decent but way to small where they have the waffle maker sitting. When more then one person wants a waffle there is no place to line up because you are in the way of everyone else trying to get other items. Hotel is new so there were no laundry facilities on the second floor at this particular time. Unsure if there is one anywhere else in the hotel. Beds were comfy enough. We usually have a hard time sleeping on hotel mattresses but they weren't bad. We didn't wake up with pains. There is also the new construction smell of finished wallpaper, paint, etc. There is also a small undertone of incense in certain parts of the hotel. So if you are sensitive to smells I would choose another hotel until it gets a little more usage. Overall, they stay was good and we would stay again if needed. It is only a few minutes from Nashville on...
Read moreThe hotel was spotless. It is very modern and well done. I would have said a 9 or 10 BUT except the staff was fine but then it comes to the lady at the front desk. While I was checking out, I asked her name, she replied to defensively Sonia WHY? I was not going to say anything at the time but Then I started explaining why I asked. A little earlier during breakfast my spouse needed a fork and there were none so he opened one of the cabinets below and SUDDENLY she YELLED from the front desk "GET OUT OF THERE" I agree that my spouse should not have done that, but he did. She could have managed that a little differently by asking "is there something I can help you with?" and then simply stating that they are out of forks, sorry for the inconvenience, but we are waiting on a shipment or something to that affect. This incident caused a negative start to the day. To make matters worse, she stated that she is the OWNER. Being that she was the one that checked me out, the invoice says her name is SSIDDI. The final straw was when she DEMANDED THAT I LEAVE THE PROPERTY. Never in my 70 years of life have I ever been requested to leave any property. In conclusion excellent hotel,...
Read moreI’m writing to share some serious concerns following a recent stay at your Joelton/Nashville location. My family stayed over the Fourth of July, and unfortunately, the experience was far below the standard we've come to expect from Quality Inn. Most importantly, the flooring in our room was poorly installed, with noticeable gaps. My son scraped and hurt his foot because of it. Thankfully it wasn’t a serious injury, but it absolutely shouldn’t have happened. On top of that, the morning staff member was rude and dismissive, making it difficult to address any issues. In contrast, the night shift staff was helpful and courteous, which only highlights the inconsistency in the service. To make matters worse, the breakfast was disappointing—Un fresh and not up to the usual Quality Inn standard. We’ve had great experiences with your brand before, which made this trip all the more disappointing. I hope you’ll take steps to address the flooring safety issue, staff training, and food quality. Families like mine count on Quality Inn for a reliable and comfortable stay—this time, we...
