Wendy's — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

Very unprofessional general manager. He should not be working for costumer service or even be running a place with costumer service. If I could rate in negatives I would.

This Wendy’s has a General Manager who lied to me and was very rude. I was going by Wendy’s every day due to the door dash job I had to check up on my Nissan that broke down there. And every other day I went by I told them if they have a problem with it let me know and I’ll move it to another parking lot. The managers said I was fine. I also had a not on my window and a note I left there with my name and number and it said to call if they want it moved. On April 11th 2019 I went by Wendy’s to find out that the general manager claimed that he had a lien he put on the car and said I might as well send it to the junk yard. And he claimed that it not been by so he didn’t know who I was. And the employee that was beside him even knew better then that because I have no choice but to go by almost daily. Doordash records my daily runs. He said that day that he was getting it towed in the 12th and I told him I would move “today” which was on the 11th. I got home to only fine out he told the next manager that he wanted it towed as soon as possible on the 11th. I got it before he towed it to only find out that he lied about the lien on my car and I know he lied about not knowing me due to I’ve been by there more then 20 times talking to almost every manager that I met.

I called the corporate and they rudely hung up on me not hearing me out. I like Wendy’s food and I love their floor managers there but the general managers and corporate are not so good and are very rude. They do not respect people and do not have any consideration for what people are going through. Especially the general manager. He tried to cover up his lies but dug his self in a hole.

This Wendy's location has really improved in the last year couple of years. I went through the drive thru at this location a couple of years ago and the employees were extremely rude and unhelpful. The food was cold and thrown sloppily together. In addition, part of my order was wrong. I stopped going to this location for those reasons, but decided to give it another try this past week. The lady at the front counter was so friendly and helpful. She thanked me for my order. I received my order, which was one of the jalepeno cheeseburgers, chili, and a drink, in a very timely fashion. The chili and the burger were both hot and fresh. Both were very tasty. I dined inside the restaurant and while eating a manager came by and asked me if everything was ok and if I needed anything else. I was extremely impressed with the quality of the food and the service. It is the exception rather than the rule, that I receive all of my food hot and fresh at a burger restaurant. It is very rare that I receive this kind of service at a burger restaurant. This location has most assuredly improved many times over from my visit a couple of years ago. I'll definitely go back now about every week or so as I like...

As a Google Food Guide, I'm always expected to post a review for any restaurant I go. Fast food is no exception, especially when I have a bad experience.

When I first walked, I was surprised to find that were people inside. I've never been to this location until now. The cashier, James, is either not a people person, or he like his job. Either way, he never had a smile on his face. I shouldn't have to tell an employee to smile, it should be a mandatory part of the job description. Come to think of it, no one at this location knows how to smile in front of customers, and that's embarrassing.

I got Wendy's Loaded Nacho Chicken Sandwich, thinking that it would be good. First, I have to say the sandwich looked good, but when I bit in to try it, the chicken tasted overdone and dry. Not surprising, Wendy's ranks pretty low for their chicken sandwiches; I know because I've tried a lot of other restaurants. But let's not get off track.

The fries that I got with my meal were luke-warm, bordering cold.

The only thing that was actually good was the Minute-Maid Mixed Berry drink that I got out of the machine.

I am giving this experience an overall 2 out of 5 stars. Come one Wendy's, do better!
