Yogi's Pizzeria & Ice Cream Emporium — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

Yogi’s was wonderful. A great pizza (cooked well, not over/ under sauced, great crust, and generous with toppings), the garlic knots are a must order, and the online system worked well. Everyone I spoke with on staff was extremely friendly and ready to help. The inside was almost full with families but because of their great outdoor seating there was still plenty of space to enjoy your meal ( I grabbed a beer and enjoyed the outside seating as I showed up a little early for my pickup time). I didn’t get any ice cream this trip but I saw some Nashville Firemen (if they’re eating here you know it’s good) walk out with some and it looked incredible. I moved into the neighborhood about a month or so ago and am still trying to visit all the local eateries in the area… but if you’re like me looking for great local joints yogi’s should move up...

Lasagna pizza Loaded with moist ricotta, topped with baked mozzarella, laying on top of a homemade sauce and accented with fresh basil leaves and lots of Parmesan, with a pinch of terragon for added flavor A bite of the pizza resembles a bite of a good lasagna, even though there are no noodles. I understand what the chef was crafting with this creation, and I love it Not to mention the dough. The dough and crust were a rare combination of crunchy and tasty without being burnt or chewy. This dough is how a Sicilian style pizza should be.

The spinach artichoke dip is delicious, And they had at least three ice cream flavors I had never heard of or were very unique. Out of 12 that's pretty phenomenal!

We're probably coming back for the lemon cheesecake bar ice cream...

Stopped in with my family earlier. My husband had stopped in with the kids quite a while back and said he really enjoyed their pizza. The staff was incredibly pleasant, respectful, and helpful. Great atmosphere, love the decor and choice of music, and the restaurant was very clean. Everything was made in a timely manner, pizzas and garlic cheese bread, to our satisfaction and we enjoyed the ice cream too. Very reasonably priced for handmade pizza of this quality. Also love how close they are after working up an appetite at the zoo. Wish I’d known they have gluten free pizza, I guess this means we definitely have to go...
