On September 28th 2024, my wife and I had our wedding here. We chose this place because it was beautiful and fit our theme. It was affordable, and had multiple areas to have our ceremony upstairs, downstairs, indoors, and one outdoors. Space for hanging out, dining, and a good dance floor area. All the spaces you need for an all in one place wedding. The private bride and groom suites were a plus. I Highly recommend choosing The Bedford for your wedding.
So why only 4 stars instead of 5? We had a last minute change up with our coordinator from The Bedford on the day of our wedding. Which we understand things come up, but our new coordinator hardly ever came out of the office. I don’t even know her name, because we hardly spoke. Many guests were complaining about the temperature inside which was stuffy and humid. I was very uncomfortable especially once dancing started. Something easily fixed if we could have communicated with the coordinator.

Read moreWe recently hosted our parents’ 50th anniversary party at The Bedford, and we couldn’t have been happier with the experience. One thing we cared quite a bit about was having a unique venue that would allow us to decorate it with a personal touch, and The Bedford offered just that. We enjoyed being able to use both the downstairs area and the balcony for some great pictures. Though we didn’t get to ultimately use the outdoor area (too hot that evening), the seating and the fairy lights provided a great look. None of our vendors had any issues with the space, it was super easy to load in and out.
We also really enjoyed working with our coordinator, Jillian, who was super responsive throughout and had great suggestions around every detail of our event. She helped make the process of planning this event from out of town as seamless as possible. We’d definitely recommend The Bedford for all...
Read moreI have hosted my corporate event (Arts Immersion) at the Bedford for two consecutive years, attended by 250+ guests. The space is STUNNING! The exposed brick adds so much dimension and character and the event space, itself, lends itself to so many different themes. The event manager, Megan, and all of her team are such a pleasure to work with. The Bedford also rents chairs and tables in-house, which was a huge help considering the added cost and headache of having tables and chairs transported to and from the venue. Another huge plus is the parking and its central location. The venue is not far from downtown while also situated close enough to the highway where guests can quickly hop on and commute home.
