This was our first time eating at Bojangles. The food was decent, but I didn’t like the serving line that was setup. It made for a lot of congestion!
We tried the legendary iced sweet tea and it was just ok. The cups were completely filled to the top with ice. When I fought the congested serving line for a refill, I tried with no ice and discovered warm tea… so not a great idea. The tea is warm, but with the cup full of ice, it cooled it down and watered down the tea a bit.
Some of the condiments were in the serving line so I had to fight my way back up there for butter for the biscuit. No idea where the ketchup was, but I probably had to ask for it because it was nowhere to be found. I only found sporks which made it hard to spread butter. I must’ve had to ask for a knife as well.
Everything we ordered came out correct. I can’t say the same for three other people while waiting in line. Not a good sign when food and/or beverages were wrong for numerous people in a short span.
The thing that bothered me the most was the men’s restroom. It did not have a baby changing station in the stall. There is clearly enough room, but no changing table. I was forced to change my child on the floor… I love changing babies on floors in bathrooms…. 🤮
With all the other options available, I probably...
Read moreJust left from Bojangles hoping to get breakfast.. We always go to Bojangles in Nashville and have never had bad experience! Got to the window and since we drive a diesel truck, out of respect for ordering, we shut the vehicle off! Young lady said “ Can I take your order”? It’s 8:30am not even a Good Morning to begin with. I started ordering the food and after ordering the 5th biscuit she says “ Mam I can’t hear you! I said “ excuse me”? She says “ can you repeat the order cause I don’t hear nothing you said”. Just like that!!! I said louder” can you hear me now? She said “ YEAH!” YEAH! I CAN!! I started to repeat the whole order over again and when I get to the second biscuit she said “ um I ALREADY GOT THAT MAM !! AND ALL I NEED IS THE LAST THING” in the snottiest attitude that I have EVER experienced at a drive through window.. My response was” you know what? You just go ahead and cancel that order and I’ll just go somewhere else”! And that is what I did. Drove right to McDonalds and actually got GREAT service! If you are not a morning person then you definitely don’t need a morning job. Or if you don’t have the right attitude then you absolutely don’t need to have a mic on taking orders and receiving patrons at a drive...
Read moreDo not eat here! Worst bojangles I've ever gotten. I went late last night and received the worst customer service. Not only were they rude but they seemed displeased I was there (as it was right before closing.) I understand that they wanted to close and go home, but it was before closing and I was a paying customer. I got the chicken filet sandwich (do not order, it was disgusting), french fries, mac and cheese, and a sweet tea. The french fries were cold and hard. The mac and cheese was crunchy and cold. The sandwich was absolutely disgusting. It was so dry and hard I was unable to eat it. The only good thing about the meal was the sweet tea. I considered calling and asking for a refund or something, but decided on writing a review so others would know not to eat here. I am not one to complain, I enjoy bojangles and love their food. I understand it was close to closing but I paid money for a service and received less then expected. I will never eat here again and advise you to drive to a different bojangles,...
