Italian Pizzeria — Restaurant in Nashville

We walked inside, and the two waitress at the entrance looked at us, ignored us, and kept talking to each other. A minute or two later, she looked at us and asked us for dinner for 2?... We ordered our food and waited 50 minutes for our food, and the waitress was nowhere to be found. Once the food got to our table, my husband chicken Parmigiano was cold and dry. My Alfredo was watery and so salty. Now, we are waiting for her to come back to ask her if she can warm up my husband food. When we got to the cash register, the pay, the elder lady had a bad face. My husband wanted to let her know what happened to us; she gave us the most horrible attitude ever. She will not let my husband talk. Everyone had such a bad face. Not even a smile. The food is delicious. I gave it a 3 star because I ask for lettuce on my steak and cheese and they put the cold lettuce on the bottom of the sandwich. (see picture) it defeats the purpose of having the lettuce on the sandwich. The next reason for three stars is my single slice of pizza was put on a flimsy plate and put in a paper bag, instead of a Togo box and was stuffed in the bag with my sandwiches so it slid off the plate and was all balled up in the bag when I got in the car. My wife ordered a chicken cheesesteak with mustard and mayo but when we get all the way back to Castalia, we discover that they loaded it down with ketchup. The lady taking the order read it back over the phone correctly but wires got crossed somewhere. I mean they had one job and couldn't get it right. Smh. Furthermore, who puts ketchup on cheesesteak. I own my own business and if I painted a house red instead of white, I would be fired immediately and my reputation would be ruined. People don't strive for excellence anymore....
