Taco Bell — Restaurant in Nashville

Drive thru order. Food was good. Service was good I thought - until I got home and saw my receipt. I was not asked about nor did I agree to a donation round up. So this Taco Bell / its employee stole 95 cents from me. Not much money. It’s still stealing and dishonest and I will think twice before going to this establishment again. It’s unfortunate. Until I saw the receipt I had such a good experience and only looked at the receipt because I was going to do the stupid survey to give them a great review.

My order was prepared to perfection in other words it was yummy Oh my goodness this big box Grande chicken nacho is so good I have had this two days in a row just at different locations you can get it in shredded chicken that is seasoned or you can get it in grilled chicken cubes I did the shredded again it is so good it's new on the menu and if you like this type of food you have got to try it, it is a large meal so go hungry. The restaurant was in the process of closing but, the employees still greeted me in a pleasant manner and were still polite especially, the manager. She and her Crew had great, kind and loving personalities. The food was prepared quickly and was good. They allowed me to eat in the dining room as they went about closing and I didn't feel rushed out of the establishment. Great customer service.
