Dos Hermanos Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Nashville

I ordered the chicken fajita, the price on the menu stayed at $10.99, when I paid for my meal she informed me that it was no longer that price that it was $14.99 and this was a takeout meal. When I got home and opened my mail I realized that I had less than a third of a portion size that I normally get. I immediately called the restaurant back and ask them why did the price go up and why was their portion size reduced by more than 50%. I gave them an opportunity to make it better by simply increasing my portion size without any issues but they flat-out refused and told me there was nothing they were going to do about it. This is the type of service that you get they falsely advertise their price and then cut back on the portion size and after you address the situation they flat-out refused to do any better. I was a faithful patron of this facility but I will not be patronizing them ever again and I hope everyone reads this review and chooses a different establishment. After all if they're not willing to at least give you a full portion then they should not being...

This place is so racist I walked in because I wanted to place a to go order the works looked at me n didn't say a word I continued to stand n waited for someone to help me it was a waitress standing at the counter on her phone didn't ask if I was dining n r if I was placing a order it was also another guy that was a waitress who looked at me n continued to go to the back so as I'm standing there some white guys was done eating n came to the counter to pay for they meal the very same waitress that was on her phone hurry to the register to check them out but never once ask me if I need a menu r anything it's so funny how they come in our country n b rude I'm so over it n I will make sure everyone knows how this young black lady was treated...

I really hate to give bad reviews. I have been here multiple times and they still have no updated their menus. I used to eat here often. However prices end up being quite higher than mentioned on the menus that are still given years after they put up the sign. I have spoken with staff twice who have said they are getting menus but have not yet. It just seems like maybe not having the prices on the menu is working for them? New businesses get menus all the time. Why is it taking years if they want to be transparent with their customers? I would love to give a different review and return to eating here but it just feels like dishonesty...
