Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Natchez

I went two days in a row after 7 and they told the fryer was broken. The third evening I went after 7 and she told me they only had 3cpieces left when I ordered 10. I ask were they planning on cooking any more and she told me the fryer was broken. I told her you know this is the third evenibg in a row you told me the fryer was broken. She said it is. So I went Thursday evening after 7 and they told me they were out of chicken and it will be a 20 minute wait because chicken was frozen. I went tonight at 8:45 08/25/20 and pulled up at the drive through and I was told the manager told them to close early. Now that was 1 car ahead of me hearing the same excuse and there were two cars behind me. Church's chicken is one of my favorite place to eat but I have not had the opportunity to eat it in Natchez in over 3 months. Did we change managers or something? Please check up...

Never have any chicken available and the resturant can be completely empty! Everytime you pull up it’s a 30 minute wait on food. The customer service is spotty. One day you might get a very over person which is very rare! The rest of the week an attitude! You can walk in bc the doors are always locked! It’s like what are they doing besides work in there. What’s the point of being called a fast food restaurant if your food takes 30 minutes! I believe they say this to keep you from staying. They don’t want to work. This is by far the worse church’s chicken I have ever been too and it’s the closed food resturant to my house. This is crazy.. While visiting Natchez, Ms, my hometown, I purchased a 16 piece meal that costed $30+ only to find that they are doing something different with this chicken! It had zero seasoning! I was very disappointed. I spoke to the manager about it. Initially, he argued that nothing had changed in 30 years. But I've been eating the chicken for 30 years. I grew up eating it. No one can tell me that it's the same. Anyway, weeks later, I got a replacement (on the chicken only), although the manager told me on the phone that he'd replace the entire order.
