Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Natchez

I have ordered from dominoes for the past 7 years with no problem. Today I had the worst experience. I live 5.4 miles from dominoes. Today they refused to deliver pizza to my house claiming they do not deliver to my area anymore and havent for a while. The lady on the phone was very rude and unprofessional. Mr. Taylor insisted that it has been a policy for a while now. He claims they were not supposed to deliver to my house. Well the ones who did realize that we're are only 5.4 miles from the store, never mind delivering, but it's a problem today. I have spent more money at this store than I have any restaurant in this area, but they will never get my business again. Especially hiring an extremely rude employee who talked to my husband like he was stupid and just put the phone down when I was speaking to her while saying to her DM "I'm not taking too her." I am very appalled at the treatment today. Sad though because my children love their pizza. I'd rather pay extra and get better service than deal with this again. And if they were to look at my pizza profile they would see that we ATE there ALOT....

Went to order a Pizza and the stuffed bread to take out walked up to the front door around 5.00pm on a Friday evening. The door was locked. Nothing stating why. Walked to the pickup window and adk how I was supposed to place my order the Rude woman said call the automated service or use the app. I told her I had tried calling the automated service but couldn't get it to understand. The delivery time was 45 minutes to 1 hour I ask since I am already here why couldn't she take the order. The woman rudely ask what I wanted to order. Then she said that she had no way of connecting to my online account. If it hadn't been i was ordering for someone else I would have gone somewhere else. Horrible Service at...

I like dominoes new crust. It has a bit of garlic in it, so if that's not your thing you may not like it. It's worth it to order online as the website gives you up to date status of your order including when it went in the oven and when it's ready. There is also a handy drive through which speeds everything up. I definitely recommend ordering ahead. If you call the local number they generally give you a code for their daily deal which can be applied online. For me dominoes had come a long way in improving their pizza and I for one like what they've done. I don't care for the pasta bowls, however. A bit on the small side and...
