Every time I go here to eat my order is messed up or i don't recieve my full order. Last night my sister and I stopped in for a quick bite to eat and when she received her bacon mc double the top bun was soggy, like it was dipped in water. I took it back to have it replaced and got dirty looks from everyone behind the counter. Even the kitchen crew. When I get the replacement it was missing bacon. This morning we ordered and my hot mocha was nade into a frappe so i had to wait for it to be remade and then our order was bumped before being made and when we mentioned it and finally got our order it was missing the hashbrown. The lady behind the counter proceeds to hand me a hashbrown(unbagged) and gives my sister (9 months pregnant) a nasty look, almost threatening her to say something. Read moreAfter wasting the last 30 minutes of breakfast at another location across town, I arrived at this location seconds after breakfast became unavailable. After being denied breakfast, I ordered 4 chickens, and then I waited over 15 minutes to receive them. The only reason this isn't a 1 or 2 star review is because of the kindness of the lady working the cash register while also running food outside, while others in the back seemed to have no tasks at all. She has bought McDonald's one last attempt from me and it will only be from this location.
Edit: Halfway through eating my 3rd McChicken I noticed a smell, which I determined to be the fermented lettuce that was undoubtedly stored overnight and used on my McChickens. One of the guys that works the drive thru windows knows me solely by my voice. The minute he hears me say two words, he just tells me to go ahead and pull around and my order comes out exactly how I want it! However, if you get the other crew, it seems like they have a group of zombies working. They mess up your order, half the food is cold, your drink is the wrong size and the wrong soda, and when you ask for them to fix it (because you are a paying customer and should get what you paid for), they get angry and act as if it's your fault. I've never felt so disrespected by a store but I normally just drive off if the guy who knows my order isn't working because it's not worth the time and energy to deal with these...
