I travel through A Lot from Oklahoma, but never have stopped here as I decided to give it a try I was very disappointed for multiple reasons! My children and I stopped one evening recently at 8:30p.m we ordered two butterfly shrimp baskets and one 8 piece chicken nugget meal with fries. Was charged $51 😳 before leaving the counter I quickly checked my receipt and told the lady that she also charged me for a 8 piece chicken mix meal with a large Mac and cheese that I never ordered. Total was 25 something. I told the lady that it was a mistake and she must have misheard me. She calls a manger over she tells me that my refund will be placed on my card within 3-5 days🤦‍♀️ We then get our food and the order is completely wrong. Seconds later an employee comes the the sitting area and says “y’all about to go? We going outside let us know when y’all ready so we can lock the door”…I thought to myself (as I run a restaurant) I would never want these kind employees running my business🤷‍♀️..I wait 3-5 days for my refund and NOTHING! So I call the store and the manager tells me that they was supposed to hand me cash that no refund goes back on a card. And that everyone there knows that🤦‍♀️ needless to say I received poor service, horrible quality, and out money. I nor my family will ever be returning. Seems as this is a scam they running..over charging tourist. Saying refund will be deposited back to card then pocket the cash💯🤷‍♀️ WATCH CLOSELY TO YOUR ORDER BEFORE PAYMENT...

I arrived on scene and went through the drive-thru. I ordered a #5 combo (5 pc mild tenders), large MP's, large sweet ice tea with two extra tenders. Easy order i thought. I asked about the tea and MP's and stated that there would be a up charge and Im okay with that. Well the woman who took my order was carrying a conversation with someone else about another order as there was confusion on who she was talking to from my end. After the order, i drove around. Stopped by the window, handed my CC, got billed and started receiving my order. I received my drink, it was medium. I stated to her it should have been a large though billed as a medium. Not an issue but disconcerning. Though they did give me my large upon my request. Received my food though no MP's I was told it was in the box. Well how can it be if its a large MP's i stated. The woman was adamant it was in there. I opened up the box and bingo, no MP's. So she stood there as if she was confused or stunned. It was another person who came to the rescue and handed it to me. After parking the car to eat. Guess what, no plastic ware or napkins. What morons hand food out that they know requires utensils to eat with. So had to be clever and use my tenders to scoop the MP's into my mouth. I swear. These idiots want an increase in pay but still cant perform to the standard needed. I will admit that the food was fresh tho the hired help needs more...
