IHOP — Restaurant in Natchitoches

Don’t bother. Just don’t. First off the waitress didn’t know the menu. Husband ordered a combo with seasonal pancakes and she entered a breakfast with an extra charge for the seasonal pancakes. He ordered his fried eggs well done he received scrambled, the plate was suppose to come with four slices of bacon and he received two and to top it off the hash browns were burnt so bad the color was like lightly creamed coffee. I ordered the same thing I always get and my pancakes were missing and my hash browns were burnt as well. Now I’m sure you’re wondering why we didn’t bring it up to the waitress and get it fixed well how can you talk to someone when they don’t show up to check on you. We didn’t see her again until all the food was eaten and she asked us if we wanted refills by that time we were getting up to leave because of course she had already brought the check to us before our food came out. Now I’m not saying all of this was her fault because she should have been trained properly. The cooks should have looked at that food a KNEW it was not suitable to be served. The expediter should have made them remake it and lastly the waitress should have demanded the cooks to remake it before bringing it out because ultimately it affects her tips. Honestly, Denny was better and at least their coworkers are nice to each other…the respect for some employees was crappy. Apparently one of the other workers missed my food, there was one server, he was super sweet but others were giving attitude and other things. I honestly never seen a place full of more high school drama than nursing and that’s saying something. It is very upsetting as this place was labeled as a starter job and this place is so toxic. The fact that there is drama between employees and it seems the manager was having a bad night but it isn’t okay to take it out on your team, and they’re also slightly against the LGBT community but I don’t know because they kept calling someone a name that wasn’t on their name tag but I’m not sure, but that’s what I saw. Honestly, the food was decent but I don’t really blame the cooks. The manager seems crazy and disrespectful all around. I don’t know but I feel maybe the HR or even health department needs to check in on some behavioral issues in the managers and other things. But I won’t be visiting this place anytime in the future and I’m gonna advise my family and friends to stay away if I need to, but meh, it’s...

Okay first off let me say i would rate this a negative -100 okay its monday dec 25 its 10:14 pm and there dead as hell okay and theres 2 bus boys and 3 waitresses and 9 people (customers/guest) and the restaurant is a mess I mean a complete mess every table is dirty and I'm not over exaggerating and when we walked in and the host literally was on the phone and was talking to us while she was on the phone like what and she told the bus boy to sit us like wht no and she's got people in her section and she walks outside to continue her phone call then on top of that our food is in the window and 5 minutes later they bring It to us I don't like cold food then the shift superviser is cleaning in the back while the waitresses are talking in the back what in the hell are they doing here I would encourage a health inspector to stop by tonight or the top dog over the restaurant to stop by because if it was me I would fire all of them that was working before the shift change besides the bus boys and our waiter becauss they were the only ones doing there job like really u got 3 or 4 waitresses and only one waitress is working wht yea deffinatly...
