When I ordered the 1st thing out of my mouth was 3 double cheeseburgers. The last three items that came out of my mouth were 1--two french fries well done, 2-- a LG Dr Pepper and three was a LG diet Coke.
First of all I have to say that the cashier was behaving like she didn't really want to be there and here actions showed it. When the order came to the counter there was an obvious problem--there were no burgers. A not so obvious problem were the fries--they weren't well done. It seemed like no one wanted to take responsibility for the fries situation and the cashier didn't take responsibility for her error. Now by the time the fry situation was recognized 5 minutes had already passed. The burger situation was a bit different. I had taken what I thought was the whole minis one of the bag's of fries to the car and then returned to the restaurant. When the fries were finally done I took those out to the car only to have my brother tell me that there were no burgers. I went back in and explained to the manager that 15 minutes had already passed and I still don't have what I came in for and said I would like you to fulfill my order. He I don't care if she messed up the order--if you want your cheeseburgers you have to pay for them. Never have I had an experience of a cashier messing up an order for the manager not to fix the problem. He didn't care.

Read moreStopped right at 5 on a Thursday morning only place besides gas stations that was open and it did not disappoint, I ordered the breakfast bowl but ol lady was wanting a burger and that's what we ordered, pulled up to window, handed our drinks and paid and not a minute later was getting a apology that it would be a few mins because they were making us fresh fries and hashbrowns, to which I replied that's perfectly fine, thanks for it actually.
This is how it is supposed to be ladies and gentlemen, within a couple of mote minutes we had our food and was on about our way which was actually shorter than the usual wait at other places with your food basically thrown at you after you are asked to pull up even with no one behind you. Mind you our food was fresh and handed to us with a smile and apology for it taking so long which was nowhere near what it takes at other places.
I always said my bank account would be in trouble if they ever built one here in Natchitoches and while I thought the service was pretty good at the other 1 across town, this one even exceed that and the food was straight slapping as always. For this visit at least 15/10 is my rating... felt like 20 years ago trying to get food and getting exactly what you want. So sad we have grown to accept the usual sour attitude we usually get at...
Read moreWe ordered online through the app when we were 30 minutes out on our roadtrip. I corrected my time of arrival to 7:30-7:35 PM. Then at check out the app placed it back to 7:17-7:19 PM. I called the store to explain and the lady who answered affirmed they would start our order 10 minutes later. We arrived at the store at 7:32 as projected and checked in through the app for curbside. We have witnessed TWO orders pull up, check in and leave with their food. My husband finally went inside to wait on it while I ran next door to get gas (7:50 PM). I pulled back from getting gas and he text me “She literally just looked at the board and said we are making it now”. JUST NOW?! We’ve been checked and waiting 20 minutes at this point and there are 3 patrons inside and MAYBE 2 cars have gone through the drive-thru.
The employees have given no apology nor explanation for why this has taken place. Additionally, their demeanors reflect lazy at best. We will never be stopping at this Whataburger again. I’ve never had such a...
