Subway — Restaurant in Natchitoches

First time I have ever received bad service at this Subway (8:30 pm). The young lady seemed confused when I was placing my order. Then, when I got to the window, I watched the young lady just standing there doing basically nothing.....unless she was taking call in orders....and the other young lady working on orders for walk-in customers. We waited and waited and noticed they had not even started our order. The young lady at the window finally opened the window and I paid for my order which she said would be right out. She would walk back and forth doing nothing really, while the other young lady continued to make sandwiches for walk-in customers. The young lady came back and opened the window and looked at me and said, “Oh yeah (as she pointed at me), I thought you were the next car.” At this point she handed tickets to the other young lady who finally began to work on our order. One thing we ordered was a steak and cheese wrap. We got a nice steak wrap.....just steak.😞 On a positive note...when she handed me our order....with not one napkin in the bag....she did say, “Sorry...

We attempted to get subway 4/6/2022. The there was a sign on the door that read “indoor closes at 8, driveway open until 10.” We walked in right at 8 because there was a guy still paying for his sandwich. The three girls mumbled something under their breath and rolled their eyes. My husband asked if it was closed, they scoffed “yes” mumbled “there’s a sign on the door,” and we left. One then pouted to aggressively lock the door behind us.

We then tried to order through the drivethrough to which they told us we have to be in a car. (We walked from a nearby hotel, our work vehicles are too big for the drive through.) they told us we couldn’t do that because their manager said not to. That was all FINE. If you go there to eat the food IS good but DON'T order sub platters for parties from here. I ordered 3 sub platters (1 with just turkey/cheese, 1 with turkey/cheese/lettuce/tomato, 1 with Ham/cheese/lettuce/tomato and I ordered a side container of onions). The girl on the phone read it back to me twice and even verified a second time that I wanted American cheese on ALL the platters. She informed me that they don't put mayo/mustard on the sandwiches because they send packets instead (which I was happy about). At the party we realized we had NO onions, there was NO cheese on 2 of the platters, and they had put mayo on 2 of the platters.
