Pizza Peddler & Deli — Restaurant in Natick

A friend showed up to my house 2 weeks ago unannounced, and handed me a bag. Inside there was a wrap, albeit a little cold but, it was a buffalo chicken wrap and it was really good. He told me it was a placed called Pizza Peddler. Now I do service work , I drive all over Massachusetts for jobs, and I frequently work at restaurants , which I often grab a bite to eat at to check what they have going on there. Once years ago another friend told me “the best way to gauge a pizza place is by their buffalo chicken, everyone does it, you can’t REALLY do it bad, but when it’s good, you know you’ve found a special place.” I’ve been doing 10 years of service work with that in mind, trying buffalo chicken sandwiches. Now I somehow never stopped at Pizza Peddler, but got gifted a cold buff-chick wrap.

I went there today, to the source Pizza Peddler and got a nice hot buff-chick wrap, and I sat in my truck and ate it. That wrap done smacked my mouth! Best buffalo chicken I’ve ever had, its simple , but perfect. Pizza Peddler, you have a customer for life.

I can’t wait to show others what was shown to me. I bought 4 more buffalo chicken wraps and I’m gunna slap the next 4 friends I see with this delicious torpedo of tastiness.

Called to place an order for a few of us. One of the items was a Cesar salad wrap, but wanted chicken on the side. The extremely rude lady on the phone said they don't do a chicken Cesar wrap with chicken on the side. How do you not do it with chicken on the side?? You don't have an extra 10 seconds for that? Is it frozen? Are you lazy? But ok, never heard of a place doing that before, but fine. The way she responded she had such a bad attitude. I didn't ask for a side of sass lady, watch your mouth. I then said ok, well can I just have a Cesar wrap then, but it would be cheaper then a chicken Cesar salad, right? She said "Um, I guess. I don't really know. I'll have to ask." ............ How is it not cheaper? She acted SO bothered to have to find that out. What a terrible experience of customer service, I'm used to being treated very well here. The food is okay, decent, but not good enough to be treated like you're a nuisance...

2/8/2024 I order a burger at 7pm after work and the burger was made to perfection, no different that when the daytime chef makes it for me. I was pleasantly surprised. Pizza Peddlers continue to produce quality tasting foods. Hats off to the staff there making these wonderful meals.

The chef at this establishment does a spectacular job with both the chicken cordon bleu and the steak and cheese. On this visit, I had the chicken cordon bleu, and the day before, I tried the steak and cheese. A colleague from our Atlanta office, who frequents the Philly location, recommended the steak and cheese, saying it was the best he'd ever had. I thought that he often had philly cheese steak and for him to give this restaurant such high marks after having cheese stakes from the capital of cheese steak sandwiches I had to try it.
