I do not recommend CVS at all, the staff is very bad, I called before arriving at the pharmacy and I was waiting for 20 minutes and no one answered me. I arrived at the pharmacy, there was a line of 10 people (I waited 30 minutes in line), everyone takes their time. to assist you, when my turn finally came, he told me that they had not received my prescription and I showed the girl who assisted me the app and asked her to please help me, that I understood that I did not have the prescription but I was showing her that in the cv's app, if it appeared, he treated me badly, he did not want to help me nor did he want to see the app, he told me that he would not see it and he told me that he would call my doctor but he was no longer at the hospital due to the time that Hera my doctor had sent the prescription from 9:30 am and it was already 7:00 pm and they did not have my prescription it is unacceptable that after 9 hours they did not have my medicine I need a respirator because I have an asthma attack and the truth is that no one helped me it was very bad my experience the manager doesn't do much either because I talked to him and he didn't help me either DO NOT...

The nurse practitioner was very friendly, thorough and answered my questions and concerns and explained everything as we went along.
She prescribed some medicine for me and asked where I wanted the prescription filled. I asked to have it filled in the in-store pharmacy, which she electronically submitted. Total time in MinuteClinic: 15 minutes.
As instructed, I went to the "Drop Off" counter to have my prescription processed and my insurance info submitted. They asked if I would wait or come back for my medicine. I told them I would wait. Ten minutes later, my name was called and I was out the door.
Contrast this to my primary doctor who I had called earlier in the day and their first available appointment with their nurse practitioner was the next afternoon. I'm glad I didn't wait and the MinuteClinic/CVS was able to help me, and help me...
Read moreWARNING: I’ve had cvs as my pharmacy for 20+ years. In the last year it’s been horrible. Two times, TWO different pharmacists gave me incorrect information regarding the ingredients in a prescription for allergic reaction!! Multiple times being charged incorrectly additional copayment charges. When I questioned the fee, I was told they doubled checked and that my insurance must have gone up. They told me to contact my insurance company. My insurance company told me it was an error with cvs. I had to go back cvs for reimbursement. While I was receiving the money, they told me I had an another prescription, AND they overcharged me for that one! When I asked this supervisor why I was being over charged again… she responded: “I don’t know”! I left without my prescription. I called cvs the next day and they corrected the error.. again. I received a notice from the minute clinic, that my insurance company does not cover my flu vaccine. It’s is covered. cvs had my insurance number...
