We’ve been wanting to try Baha for a while now, but they used to close too early for us. They now have new hours and close at 9pm which is perfect for us. You go in, and to the left you’ll see three boards with the menu, menu is simple and very good prices. Yo head to the counter and order everything you want, pay and sit (if dining in) they’ll bring the food out for you. What we ordered and our opinion: • Shrimp soft tacos with onion and cilantro: Loved it, next time will order with guacamole and salsa • Carnitas soft tacos with guacamole, salsa carne asada soft taco (not a big fan of pork, but loved the freshness of the guacamole and salsa) • Chorizo soft taco (not as flavorful as other chorizos Ive tried, but it was good) • Carne asada soft taco with onion and cilantro (MY PERSONAL FAVORITE, second favorite was the shrimp taco) next time Ill order with guacamole. • Elote (Im not a big fan of warm mayo, but my wife said it was the best elote she’s tried here in Massachusetts. • Shrimp Ceviche (it was more like a pico de gallo with some shrimp. It felt very fresh, but felt it was missing a bit more flavor and shrimp, but for the price it was OK; but again, this isn’t a real ceviche) • Huaraches Carne Asada (First time in my life trying this dish. There’s a dough similar to pupusas on the bottom, with carne asada, sour cream, lettuce and a salsa verde topping. Very good. • As most Mexican restaurants, the gave us a complimentary chips and salsa. It was also good, salsa felt very fresh. Every plate came with a serrano pepper, some roasted onions and slices of radish. Loved having these for additional toppings. We will be coming again and trying more + ordering shrimp and carne asada tacos.

Absolutely amazing experience! Juan was our bartender and he was amazing. Menu was not boring Tex-mex that I am accustomed to. Lots of interesting menu items that are amazing to the palette… They do have chips, but they don’t just bring out like bread at the boring steakhouses. They want you to not fill up on starch and flour. Owners want you to fill up on the taste of the cuisine (that is to die for! ) not the free chips and salsa. Ask for the homemade chips that are made in house and all the sauces they prepare are amazing!!! Johnathan was the manager and the restaurant has stunning outdoor heated area and very intimate areas indoors to reserve for smaller parties! Definitely check this place out. Great location near cineopolis movie theatre!! Please check out!!

This is a new place in Natick, It looks family owned and is very casual - as in I don't feel bad coming in here for a quick bite after a run or two to the recycle center. They appear to do a big takeout business. I had to try the burrito - the inside (carnitas) was very good, the beans were tasty and not too salty - the outside could use a little more heating/cooking. Next time I may ask them to toss the tortilla on the flattop for a moment - it was a little gummy. The soft and crispy tacos were very good. My wife ordered the taco salad and was surprised when it was warm - it was very good, no complaints there, just a bit of a surprise. All in all - recommended.

DO NOT GO HERE. Earlier tonight, my family placed a simple pickup order by phone. We drove over 30 minutes to get it. When we got home, we noticed that they made a mistake on the order (chicken instead of pork and wrong sauce). No big deal.

*For context, my family member is highly allergic to chicken and is unable to eat anything that contains chicken.

We called them back to get the order refunded. They demanded we DRIVE the plate of food back to them to “prove it was incorrect” (like I said we live over 30 minutes away).

Then, the women on the phone proceeded to tell us that we’re just trying to get free food and if we get a refund, we are “no longer allowed to place orders by phone”. Words don’t express how rude this woman was. She never apologized and made it seem like we were trying to scam them. We are REGULARS at this place and have even recommended it to friends in the area.

TERRIBLE customer service. I refuse to give my hard earned money to any business that operates like this. Very sad because we go to this place once a week and have probably spent over $200 in orders in the last month. This is the LAST time we ever go there or recommend it to friends. They lost a loyal customer over a $10 entree.

If you make a mistake, own up to it. Don’t blame your customers when YOU mess up. Such a disappointment. There are so many good Mexican restaurants in Natick / Framingham. Don’t waste your time with this one. What a ridiculous experience.

I’d be more than happy to remove this review if the owner writes back and...

if i could give this place a zero, i would. i ordered nachos with extra cheese, extra red salsa and a side of sour cream. charged me 2.00 for side salsa, 2.00 . and did not tell me about the upcharge. thats not even the worst, i ordered extra cheese. i get back to my office and there are maybe a few sprinkles of cheese. i call and speak to dayrin and she is fighting me on this saying that they did put xtra on. so i brought my nachos back and put the up on the counter and said please tell me this is extra cheese. instead of saying, how can i make this better, can i make you another one, she rudely says ok so you want a refund, i said no i would have appreciated if you asked to make me another one, still refused to make me one. i told her that this is not the way to treat a customer. i work in the doctors office near by and we order all the time, she has lost the entire office building service after this. how can you be that rude and laugh at me while im telling you that i will be writing a review about the service i just got. funny how there is this huge board behind her that says "thank you healthcare workers, thanks for all you do" she really treated me like dirt. i was standing there in my scrubs being rudely dismissed! dayrin you should be ashamed of yourself and the business you run! absolute rip off . no idea how anyone can give this place a good review! go to mexicali in natick if you want authentic mexican not this...
