Biryaniz N Breadz — Restaurant in Natick

We have been frequenting this place for almost a year and we were able to clearly see the difference of attitude and service as time went on.. we have been debating to put a review but the last 2 experiences were the last straw kind of experience for us .. like mentioned in one of the previous reviews , google says a totally different closing time and even though we reached one week night at 8:30 when the closing time on google was 9:30 the guys said they can’t take us and we should do a pick up.. they said the kitchen closed almost an hour ago which I have never seen in any restaurants in this area … we have no complaints about the food but service is bad .. it seemed like they really didn’t care as if they knew that their food is good and they have enough customers so what kind of attitude .. water was never filled proactively.. we had to ask multiple times .. they don’t provide any kind of sauces or dips for appetizers which is common in Indian cuisine.. earlier they used to serve it and it seemed like it was all being cut and when asked they keep on arguing saying we have never served like that.. even basmati rice that comes complimentary with any curries in any Indian restaurant is add on charge .. food taste and quality is good but the attitude is bad and service is bad .. even the entree food was brought at different times rather than the whole order together.. waiters didnt seem to have a dress code ( but I can live with that) but people serving your food should at least have a pleasant attitude while serving your food … with that we have decided not to go back again.. Update - March 6th 2020 Vegetarian warning

Been here few times but today was very disappointed.

I asked the staff if the vegetarian starters in buffet and naan had egg in it because as a vegetarian I don't take egg . The staff came back and said yes to both , I requested can I get one roti since naan had egg he was very polite and said will check with kitchen and came back and said no they will not give roti.

As a vegetarian I am paying same amount for buffet and you have eggs in my starter and naan and three other veg options are all rice ...biryani , fried rice and plain rice and I am not asking for anything special I just said that give me a roti as I don't like rice and naan had egg and they said can't do that ...very disappointed

Before I get to negatives I want to start on positive note that food has flavours and is better than lot of other places. Let's now jump into why only 3 stars, I understand that the restaurant management will respond by saying that we try to serve fresh so sometime refills take time but what we experienced yesterday was unacceptable it was like always 2-3 dishes were over and you wait for that to come and by the time they refill that something else would be over at no point you had the full buffet and even replinshment were taking time. So I had the amazing luck to stop in here after delivering to the company next to them, I've traveled for months in China, all over Australia, every continental state in the US, most of Canada, alot of Europe and.. I found my absolute favorite food here at this restaurant. It's very unusual for me to ever see anything new, I have to say I've eaten at alot of Indian places but after eating here I realized I need to go to India and try the street foods, and I've never really experienced Indian food. In all my travels I really do think this is my favorite. I delivered to a rigging company today, this place was in the parking lot I ate lunch came in was gonna just have a couple Taj Mahals and a whiskey the owner brought this out for me to try and ya, it wasn't just eating it was an experience. He said don't cut it eat the whole thing, I did. As you place it in your mouth you get the delicious sweet yogurt sauce, bite down and there's a delicate crunch and I really thought how the hell does something so thin and so crunchy stay that way in the middle of all that creamy goodness. After biting down, an explosion of savory spice filled heat that just puts you into a space that I can only think of as Nirvana. This isn't a dish it's an experience, I am sure I will dream of it.
