D Wings & Ribs — Restaurant in National City

Found put they didn't have baked beans after I placed an online order and showed up well after it should've been ready. They had a party going on so there was no place to sit or stand and wait so I had to go outside by the donut shop on the corner while I wait for macaroni and cheese(that's what they call it). I get my food and get all the way home and they forgot my fries. I call to ask about it and he said no, it's either fries or the other side. I had to explain that I ordered the macaroni and cheese separate...in place of the beans. He would've known that if he looked at my order. Then he tells me to come back out and get the fries.....no this is all around 8:30pm. I declined and haven't even wasted my time or gas to go back to get them. The wings were good, but that's about it. Horrible experience and they need to brush up on the customer...

I went here tonight to get something to eat. Ordered my food. Drove 8mins home sat down to eat and the ribs were ice cold after being told it would take 12mins before my food was ready. Now here's the biggest insult call told them the issue. Came back received a new order that either old and warmed up. Or recooked and over cooked ribs. But the reason for the first situation I was told that BBQ sauce was cold and that's why my food was cold. So everyone is more than welcome to give TRASH PLACES LIKE THIS YOUR MONEY. But I would rather give it to a drug addict. Since I'm just giving/throwing...

Every food they have is amazing. I always get the Buffalo fries and the fries always comes out crunchy. The chicken is big and crunchy. And the sauces that they have taste great combined together.

I tried other foods and the carnitas fries would have to be my second favorite. There the same as the Buffalo chicken fries, bit instead you get to select your own meat. I put pork on my carnitas fries and it tasted great.

Customer service is great and the food comes out fast and the prices are reasonable....
