Tl;dr Everything we had was delicious, would go back again. Shaded seating and only vegetarian options were the desserts (maybe sides too)?
Had the chicken adobo with sauce (entree), and all dishes come with rice & 4 lumpia (and sweet chili sauce). Delicious, and would have again. We also had the chicken pancit which was also great. Big difference was the adobo was just meat and the pancit had vermicelli and veggies. The biggest dilemma is not having a big enough stomach to try every dish. Service was great. Food came super fast and Thomas brought it to our table. Checked on us and made sure we were enjoying our meal. The atmosphere got a 4 but simply because it was a food truck near a road. It was lovely with the two shaded picnic tables. One has a pop up canopy with a wind block on one side and an umbrella on the other. Vegetarian options I talked with Elsa about this. That being said, they also do catering and they can more than accommodate vegetarian options for events. The chef was describing a lot of tasty sounding veggie dishes that I would...
Read moreI enjoyed speaking with the owners husband while waiting for my food. He also took my order. It’s a cool day outside, so being under the canopy was peaceful. The food came out quickly and still very hot by the time I arrived home. I had “Honey Chicken” and it was delicious. I was afraid that having the chicken breaded would leave little chicken and way more breading, like most restaurants. This was not the case. It had very light coating and a lot of chicken. The sauce was great as well. Will definitely go back. Thanks for a...
Read moreGreat food! The Pancit bihon was good as it gets, (Hope to see a pork version 1 day) The lechon (fried pork belly) was as good as our Louisiana cracklin ;) Lumpia was much meatier than most and better as a result. Only thing better would if the plates had fried garlic rice (Sinangag) instead of plain. Next time we're thru that area we're gonna load up and bring a bunch home...
